I just spent the last hour searching for a plugin that utilizes this very intrusive feature. The culprit was Subscribe2, I almost uninstalled the program because it is so horrible. Thankfully by deactivating it and reactivating it, I was able to disconnect it from ready graph.
Please be less intrusive
]]>Hi guys please let me know how I can fully uninstall and remove this program from my site. Not only is it intrusive, but it blocks my chat widget and I cant block it from popping up
There doesnt seem to be anything in plugins
Please advise
I installed the ReadyGraph pluggin and am using the Simple Subscribe plug-in ,,, I also purchased a premium option at $59 … which starts 7 days later (its day 2 now) … however, I don’t see a widget for my website where I can engage visitors and the plug-in in keeps telling me to connect to my account … but I can’t connect it at all
When I go to Simple Subscribe, it also keeps telling me to “Go Premium”
Anyone know what’s happening?
Thanks so much

I am using readygraph for subscriptions and notice that sometimes a name will have a red x next to it,and at other times the subscrbers names does not. Why is this? I wish there was a little instruction manual to go with plugin.
It just concerned a bitwondering if it was flag that readygraph found something “wrong” with the subscribers info maiing it suspect, or are all new subscribers supposed to be approved /

Hi I am trying to get the readygraph subscribe form to appear at the bottom of a post. I put the shortcode in at the bottom of the post but when I go live it is at the top. I have a subscribe box in sidebar widget area, but I also wanted to add to BOTTOM of post- otherwise readers have to scroll back to top after reading which doesn’t improve upon the top sidebar situation.I have tried jetpack for subscribing instead but access to email list is difficult to edit ect.
Thanks!

We installed ReadyGraph on our website, believing it would increase traffic and build followers.
We found, however, it was allowing people to register as users for our site and we subsequently deleted the plug-in.
We still get notifications from ReadyGraph despite no longer having it installed in our site.
Yesterday, our site was hacked and taken down, although we had a firewall on our site and strong passwords.
I would not recommend this plug-in.

]]>Hi I have an issue with ReadyGraph App that comes with Simple Subscribe. My website is https://www.michaellanfield.com
I tried everything to get the app to work on every page and to appear on the bottom right of the screen, clicking on Join the community would pop up in the center of the screen. Instead it only does this on certain pages, and the popup does not appear on the center on the page, instead it appears right above the “Join the Community” which is fine, but the form does not work at all. I am only able to input information, but clicking continue does nothing. When I click continue with Facebook it does seem to work.
So what I tried to do was delete the entire Readygraph App and Simple Subscribe and lost all my subscribers. Damn ?? I don’t know what to do. I did export the csv file, but that does not help!

]]>The plug-in has a really nice & smooth design NICE JOB !!
But is it normal that the pop up window appears on every pages the user is browsing and not only the first time a page/session is open ? Or is it because I am in a developing environment ?
I think that ONE time would be far enough, especially regarding the nice Lower Right Notification… Two much asking is harassing… ??
Another thing is really annoying me :
Despite the FAQ chapter claiming that we have “to go to the admin settings pages within WordPress, and clicking on the “Customize” tab. Then click on “Advance” in the left-hand menu“…
Readygraph is not properly speaking a WordPress plug-in, it is rather a WordPress plugin to access Readygraph website… All settings being stored on your “cloud” and NOT “within” WordPress, including input forms and email setting, is a bit too much….
Especially as the connection to your website is damned slow, and it takes the page a longer time to be displayed…
(It would be more honest to state this fact straight in the description of the plug-in…)
As this is the version 1.0.0, I guess (hope) that there will be improvements done to have Readygraph fully customizable straight inside WordPress, with settings stored in wordpress database….
Have uninstalled it for now…
