Found you after my previous Post Order plugin stopped working correctly (not updated for 1 year).
Have a large site where I have extensively reordered my posts, was a pleasant surprise when I deleted the other plugin, activated yours and the sort order was intact.

Our content is heavily dependent on categories, we also needed to have the most important posts at the top. I’ve tried multiple sticky post solutions but I ended up with mixed sticky posts from different categories at the top of each category listing. This plugin solves that problem, it’s straightforward to drag your most important articles to the top of the list in any order you want. Brilliant easy-to-use solution.

Simple and intuitive. For custom post types, you need to click on “Screen Options” at the top right corner of the screen and enable “Custom order for this list table” in order for this to work on custom post types.

although there is a commercial developer in the background, this plugin is not bloated or abused as advertisement platform like many other do. Instead its integrated very unobtrusive. For a CPT you simply have to activate the checkbox in help hidden menu – genius!

Ordering post types is surprisingly one of the areas, that WP itself does not offer in a really usable way. This plugin adds this functionality in the most simple, elegant and intuitive way. Great!

Does what it says on the tin. If you use Dynamic Posts V2 you can sort your posts via Menu Order, and this plugin gives a perfect UI to do this for CPTs etc

The UI is very neat and the app features stick to the basics.
It’s a good idea to add it to your document where you can enable custom post types in the screen options.
