I’m testing Real3D flipbook to see if worth buying the pro version.

I rest the permalinks to see if that was an issue but didnt solve it

Hi there

I want to directly open the flipbook when somebody clicks on the image and in the main menu “Menukarte”.

Unfortunately both just give me an “about:blank#blocked” issue in the browser, when i click on it.

The sound button in “Menu Buttons” should include a control for the initial value: either on or off. With the flip sound enabled under “General,” I’d like to set the initial button state to off and give the user the option to turn it on. With the flip sound disabled, the sound button does not provide that capability.

(Really nice plugin, by the way! I just deployed it on the International Costumers’ Guild’s “International Costumers’ Guild Press” page to provide previews of available books.)

The procedure for reproducing the bug:

1. I create a new flipbook in the Flipbooks section
2. I create a new post in the Posts section
3. I add the real3dflip block from the list of blocks in the gutenberg editor
4. In real3dflip there is no new book in the select field

Our client lost their credentials to the account they purchased the pro version on so we are attempting to move them to the free version. When I activate the free version, I get an error message that says “Missing Flipbook Options”. There are no console error.

When opening the PDF viewer, and selecting full screen in Safari on an iPhone i get locked by the cookie popup, so i can’t click any of the website buttons, only the browser “back” button.
The cookie popup doesn’t pop up on desktop PC’s or android smartphones.
What do i do?

I have used Real 3D flipbook for ages. Using the latest version I’m getting “UnknownErrorException: Load failed”.

I have edited .htacess adding:

I have added in the header:

But nothing works. Can you please help me to get rid of this error?

Hi, When clicking on any flipbooks on this site the spinning circle appears and then vanishes and then the page locks up without loading the flipbook. The page has to be reloaded to get the site to respond again. I deleted the plug-in (we were on v3.17) and installed and validated the latest version (4.6.6) but the problem remains. This problem does not happen if I am logged into the WordPress backend for this site.

I am using Real 3D Flipbook on other WordPress sites without any problem.

This is a great plugin.

A note for anyone using Cloudflare. I have been having an issue with flipbooks not loading. After much scratching around (assumed it was a WordPress plugin conflict) I discovered that the Cloudflare Rocket Loader stops flipbooks from loading. Disable Cloudflare Rocket Loader and the issue goes away.

Also need to flush Cloudflare cache if Rocket Loader was enabled.

@creativeinteractivemedia – Your 3D Flipbook Plugin for WordPress and Addons are wonderful. At the present time, given that we (as a retiree association) have very limited use and only one page with our newsletters and other materials we publish for our community – this is a free publication that anyone is able to access – the Pro version seems to be an overkill and the Lite version will suffice. However, I either purchase the Addon bundle (also an overkill) or the Bookshelf Addon only so any book added to our Media (specific folders) would show up on the webpage without having to add or modify the page itself – I am hoping that is what the bookshelf Addon will do.

This brings me to the next topic:

1. I would like to know if there is an addon or a feature within the Lite version of the Plugin wherein a few designated users of our retiree association can upload and add PDF newsletters and other PDF material to the Flipbook from the frontend? This way I would not have to give them access to the backend.
2. If the above is not possible, then I could create a unique User Role (using the User Role Editor so they have access to just Flipbook. However, I don’t really know what capabilities I will need to select to make this happen. Your help is certainly appreciated. I am a newbie and a novice at best when it comes to all these things – I know enough to be dangerous. Thanks very much.

After hours and hours of searching and trying out different Flipbook PDF Plugins, I found your plugin the most appealing and my needs are met with the Lite version. I have just one page that I have about a dozen PDF newsletters, but each one has to be individually placed as a block on my webpage. I am assuming that the Grid Block or Bookshelf Block will allow automatically adding books from a file location of my choice without having to add blocks to the page each time I add books to my media. Is my understanding correct? If yes, how do I achieve this in the Lite version of Plugin or will I need buy something?

But I have the following problem: I added the booklet plugin, everything works fine, but the background color of the booklet and the web page have the same color (white) and it looks like they’re blent in.

I wanted to add some shadows around the booklet itself. It already has some boarders but they’re very very thin. I couldn’t figure out how to make them bolder. Does anyone know how I can add shadows around the booklet or make the boarders of the brochure a bit bolder?

When I upload images, what is the order they are upload? I can arrange them but it open the edit every time and it is hard to work like this.

I asked if this was related to CVE-2024-32694 but all they could say.

Any assistance in resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated as this is the only plugin that appears to work reliably based on pdf file links.

I love this plugin. I am using the free version and have a question please.
On a local test site I created some flipbooks that use the lightbox mode. It took a bit of time to tune the lighbox and it’s perfect. I would like to be able to clone the one that I have to build future ones, but when I use the Yoast post clone plugin to clone it, the copy reverts to a default one.
I am also unable to set a bunch of the settings that are called “Global Settings”. Is there way fro em to do this please?

When using the Real3D Flipbook plugin to embed a series of images on my wordpress page, if I set it to right-to-left, the reader inexplicably begins at page 3 and the animations are absent.
This is resolved by disabling the cover feature, but in that case, the reader adds two blank pages to the start of the book.
This happens in any view mode except for webgl, where the plugin works as intended.

I couldn’t localize viewer menu button texts on front side.

I already translated them to Turkish from WordPress site.

Existing translation template on WordPress site has 147 string. After upload I saw it does not have all strings of plugin and settings are mostly in English still.

Lite version package has a .pot file with 119 strings and has same problems above.

How can I proceed?

We recently updated our website and the flipbooks didn’t transfer. We have the backup json file, but when we try to upload them we get an error page (https://richardroberts.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=real3d_flipbook_activation) that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Hi, some time ago I configured my real3dflipbook plugin to display the “CLICK TO VIEW” on mouse hover only, so when browsing the page the thumbnail is clearly visible.

I can’t find the setting for it, I’d like this displayed all the time, otherwise mobile users easily miss the book. What was this option called?

Also a suggestion, perhaps on mobiledevices the text should read “TAP TO VIEW” or “TOUCH TO VIEW”?

All flip books that were created in the past have vanished from the backend, yet they are still accessible with their shortcodes. Any ideas?

When the pdf is added to the flipbook the text in some areas shows up blochy. It’s not displaying correctly – almost like chunks of the text are missing. Is there something I need to do in Adobe Acrobat before I add it? I have tried optimizing the pdf a few different ways and it is still displaying the text this way.

If i look on Mobile its not working, its taking longer time allthough i nocache selected, im getting Problem as after 3 or 4. Page Refreshing the webpage and going to the First PDF Page. I tried all Options , and the URL is,
