We installed CM Commerce for WooCommerce plugin in our website. We have multiple subscribers lists in our CM account. I am wondering how can we specify the list for a user to add in.

For example, when a user checked “Signup for subscriber” checkbox on checkout page during checkout, in which list he/she will get added to?

Is this plugin still in active development?

I see that there have been no updates in months and I obviously don’t want to subscribe to a dead plugin!

WooCommerce 4.0 has been released for a few months now and 4.1 has been released for more than a month already. Wondering when CM Commerce will update its plugin to verify it’s compatible with the new version? Most plugins have already updated, so it’s crazy that this hasn’t been updated yet, especially since we are paying for Conversio.

I have tried more than once to disable the coupon function where it gives 10% off to the same customer, it is still doing and some customers wait for the coupon. I want it disabled and can not find an email to support. I’m very close to cancelling this plug in as it’s been very hard to get support easily. I prefer email or a real phone call.

I am a project manager at a web development company. We currently have a site that has both the premium version of Conversio and the Salient Visual Composer plugin installed in the backend. Salient Visual Composer only works when Conversio is disabled. We need to be able to edit the site when Conversio is enabled as well.

My query is related to the discount coupons it generates. As of now, I have the cart percentage discounts option working. I want to add an upper limit to the discount value. For example, if the cart value is 100$ and %discount is 25% then as of now the customer will get a 25$ discount but I want to set an upper limit of say 10$ so irrespective of the %discount the maximum actual discount should not exceed this upper limit of 10$.

Can this be done with some code modification in Conversio?

Seems like a great plugin but unfortuantely its not sending out emails even after setting up the api both ways. Test emails are working fine though…. you quick reply will be appreciated.

It doesn’t seem to be free after all. I have installed, activated and included my API. Now it when I am on the Receiptful Website it want’s me to upgrade to a paid plan to use it. It does offer a free trial, but ultimately I will have to pay to use it. How does this mean free?

When Receiptful is enabled our completed order/tracking email from the site does not work please investigate causing all sorts of problems with customers.

Hi,

I have all my API keys in etc. but when I try and test the connection through the Receiptful dashboard I get an Error: call returned a 400 error.
Any ideas / fixes / solutions most welcome :).

Now order notes are included, but such additional fields as delivery date or personal message is not.
