Activated and added the widget but nothing shows up, not even a html element in source code. Changing setting doesn’t help not that it should be required. Shame as it’s seems like it’s a decent plugin.

Thank you for this great plugin which works very well, and is regularly improved.
The choice to include or exclude certain categories, to display or not the latest posts/pages created, is excellent. This allows to use this widget to replace and effectively improve the “last posts” widget of WordPress.

Does exactly what I was looking for and just what I had expected.
Easy to set up. The setting NUMBER is how many number of post to display in the list. I set mine to ‘5’.

The plugin does exactly what is says very well indeed. Because the plugin displays custom post types there are occasions when unwanted results are show. For example, I use the Premise membership plugin and custom page types are created when someone joins; but I don’t want those results shown.

The plugin author responded to my query and resolved the matter very quickly and professionally. A new plugin (1.4) with the necessary exclusions was released within hours of my initial contact.
