documents removed from post, still appear in related docs?

Hi, i like your plugin. Only problem is that once documents are removed from the post.. they still stay in the related docs plugin in the sidebar. Is there a fix for this?

I can’t figure out how to relate document to a page or post. The install was fine, but how do I use the product? You really need more documentation.

Call me stupid, but I can’t get it to work on WP 3.3.1
There is no documentation.
Don’t expect this to become popular if the support is this limited.
