How do I exclude all posts in a certain category from showing on related posts?

Can you please tell me how to remove <h3>Related Posts</h3> from plugin output ? I am using [related_posts_by_tax] shortcode to show related posts on my posts. I dont want to show “<h3>Related Posts</h3>” before related posts.

I love this plugin, and am using it to display the rp’s after the content using the filter. I’d like to display a button after the rp’s, and thought I could use “after_shortcode” to wrap the button code in. I tried wrapping it a couple of ways, escaping double quotes in the html, etc, but it’s not showing up. Anyone else using this for more html than </div> ? I guess I can add it to a variable and add it that way, or find another hook, but I’m curious as to how it would work with more complex stuff. Thanks if anyone has done this!

Is it possible to sort by term_order from tax_relationships with this plug-in?

I need to style results like the following where some of the results have an asterisk and some don’t based on a tag associated with the post.

I was testing an AMP plugin on my site and noticed the related posts vanished. How can I get the shortcode to execute on the AMP site?

Afer adding this to my functions.php: add_filter( ‘related_posts_by_taxonomy_lazy_loading’, ‘__return_true’ );
The mobile arrangement that was supposed to be in 2 columns are now showing in 1

The widget has a checkbox “Display this widget on single post pages only”. Is there equivalent in shortcode for this?

I tried adding the widget to the sidebar but nothing displayed in the sidebar.
I tried adding the text widget and adding shortcode [related_posts_by_tax] and title as “Related posts”, then only title was visible on the sidebar.

I am trying to show related posts on a single post page of my custom post type in one of classified theme.

I’m really satisfied with the functionality which this plugin provides, only thing is that Google likes to show popular pages where excerpts are included with keywords sought for – instead of the posts where the excerpts are actually coming from.
Is there a way to suppress this / hide the snippets for the Googlebot?

I have tried to remove the undeline from the related list via css. And i have failed so far.

This seems to be reversed from my theme’s defaults. How can i change that? I mean no underline when showing and underline when hover.

I generally categorize my posts with a parent category and one or two sub-categories, but I want to set up the RPBT code to draw from only one of the (sub)categories. Is that possible? Seems like there should be an easy addition to the code but I…don’t know enough. Please help!

関連記事表示には、related posts by taxonomyを使っており、3×3で関連記事を表示するようにしています。
関連記事の中の2つ目と6つ目にネイティブアドの広告を挿入したいのですが、nendから提供されたコードを表示したい箇所に挿入してもうまく表示されません。おそらくrelated posts by taxonomyのコードに「ネイティブアドを2つ目と6つ目に表示するんだよ」と書かないといけないのだろうと推測はしているのですが、調査をしても自己解決できませんでした。
wordPressテーマはSangoです。Poripuも使ってます。

When I display the related posts in thumbnail format only image is a link. How to make the title be the link also?

I can tell this is a great plugin, but no matter how I compose the shortcode, I can’t figure out how to display the title underneath the thumbnail. It only shows as an overlay on thumbnail. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance!

I installed your plugin, and the plugin lists related posts by default. I only need to switch the “post” type to the “page” type. The requirement is to list related pages on the pages( page, not post). For example, the child pages belonging to the same parent page will be listed because they are related. How do I achieve it?

My blog has stories for over 18 years. It would be great if the plugin would be able to add more weight to stories which are sooner than later to a post.

For now, I can only limit search to a a number of years into the past or a specific amount of recent posts.

I know it may be a very strange question but… I installed the plugin, activated it and… I cant find how to change settings of it… Maybe there is something wrong with my wordpress install but I just cant find it…
