I successfully installed this plugin on some of my websites and it works there.

But on some other ones, each category link redirects to an empty page or in the worst case to some post where the first terms of title matches the category name.
Any idea why this is happening ?

Any help is appreciated

I would like to know how to remove the redirects this plugin has created.

Hey LittleBizzy,

the Plugin produces an unnecessary Redirect: When it is rewriting the URL, it omits the last Slash.

So:
https://ohrpheus.de/category/hoergeraete-wuerzburg/

gets to:
https://ohrpheus.de/hoergeraete-wuerzburg

and WP redirects it automatically to:
https://ohrpheus.de/hoergeraete-wuerzburg/
