This plugin only removes the list of widgets from the inactive sidebar BUT what about removing widgets settings too?

There is a row in the wp_options table for every widget that have the list of all widgets ids and settings, the plugin should also remove the widget from there not only from sidebars widgets!!!

would love to see this fixed, currently just bounces me to the top of the widgets page when I click it, leaving all of the inactive widgets

I had used this plugin before with success, but it no longer works. When I click the button, the widgets appear to disappear, but if I leave / return to the widgets screen they show up again.

I just found your plug-in to fill my need but when installed in WP3.8 all I get is a dead anchor link. Is it still supposed to work in WP3.8?

I encountered a problem that the admin widget screen not showing anymore. It shows a blank page without anything. I deactivate some plugins, the widget admin screen still can’t show.

So I cannot add new widgets, or edit or delete those already added widgets anymore. How can I fix this, or at least remove the already added widget information from database or site files? Like just clear all the widgets.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

I’ve just installed this on a mult-site install and “Network Activated” the plugin but you still need to go to individual sites’ plugin page to activate it.

Is this intended? Is there a way to Network Activate it for all Multi-site sub-sites?
