I cannot reorder child terms. I see only top level categories without any children. Buttons which allows to expand panels are visible only for short time after page load and quickly fade out. Child categories exist on DOMDocument so I think this is JS bug. Could you check?

I have the reorder plugin installed, and when I click my taxonomy, click my term, I just get the following message:

Posts were found!

It doesn’t list my posts where I can reorder them like the original reorder plugin does. There are posts in this term. It displays this message with every selected term.

Is it possible to enable only the “Reorder Terms” tab?

In other words, I only want to enable ordering taxonomy terms, but not allow ordering of the post type associated with those taxonomies.
