I build a quote with backend and send it to my client. After he receiving the quote by email and clicking the accept link, my backend will be loading the long link with the quote number of request a quote plugin. After some seconds, my backend doesn’t load the quote list and jumped back to the basket. The list is empty. No jumping to checkout site.
No caching is activ. I am using wp-rocket.
I do not know why.
Any idea ?

1. Admin Message From Name field is ignored. The User Message From Name is used for both customer and admin emails.
2. Whitespace is ignored in the notification templates. Is that expected, that I have to use html to format the emails?
3. Using the customer’s email address variable in the reply-to field does not work (not depicted).

We’re needing a way for clients to view our posts, and click a Request A Quote button on any of the posts pages – this will add the info of that post to the quote form.. once the customer is done reviewing posts, they can submit the Request A Quote Form with all the previously selected items on it..
Can your plugin do this?

I need to have a quote form for loggin customers (who cab access in frontend to their quote) and the same for non loggin customers and they just receive an email with their quote after sumbission.

hi, i add items to the service column (i changed the name to Product), but i don’t know why it is not scrollable when displayed on website.

I use another plugin to for the pop-up function, i do not know whether this leads to the issue.

Dear developers,
I don’t receive the quotes. When I deinstall the SMTP plugin, I do receive the quotes but they appear in my spam. When I reinstall the SMTP plugin, I do not receive the quotes anymore. Not as a client nor as the receiver.
Could you please help me out? Is there another SMTP plugin that works better in combination with Request a Quote?

I have a further to the question relating to the closed ‘Send quote request to multiple companies’ enquiry which I see can be done and has been resolved.
When a quote request has been sent to multiple companies, are their responses all stored together on one page, so that the person making the enquiry can see them on one page and choose between them?
Also can all quote requests received be automatically sent to the same list of suppliers, or can they be split by region in the quote request form? i.e. only companies in Asia respond to quote requests in Asia.

Im wondering if i can have the customer request line items, so they can say put in a list of however many parts they want in separate (dynamically increasing) fields…ie they can hit a + button to add a new item. Then i can update the prices of each line item in a separate column?

I am testing my quote forms. When I fill in a form, I do not get an email stating I did so. Also, the admin does not get a notification that a Quote Request was entered. I have even used different emails.
I watch and read your support video and doc and there is no real breakdown of how “notification” should be filled out correctly. Any additional documentation on this or tips?

Though, I am wondering if I can automatically have the quote requests being sent to multiple companies? Then it is up to the companies to contact the clients who requested a price quote for certain services.

A couple of comments:
I have revised the Services for my need, Consultation, Design, etc.
The service dropdown displays property but inserts a miniature string instead of the dropdown selection. See https://www.suncitywebdevelopers.com/request-a-quote-2/
Email field shows my email, I quess that it should be blank.
