Add some CSS to the Custom Css text box for an accordion in the Edit Accordion page:

.ac_title_class {
font-weight: 200;
font-family: ‘Lato’, san-serif;
}

Click Update and the CSS disappears from the Custom Css box. Refresh a page that was using the accordion and the custom css is applied but you’ve lost the Custom Css that you’ve entered. If you hit Update again on the Edit Accordion and refresh your page using the accordion the custom CSS is is no longer applied to that Accordion.

Is there a way to fix it, im advanced WordPress User without programming skills. Thanks in advance for any helpfull reply.

Dear Development and Support Team,

I have been using your plugin since yesterday and I am very satisfied with it. After a long day, I finished my work yesterday evening and was very pleased with the result.

Unfortunately, I later discovered that the FAQs are not being displayed on mobile devices. It works perfectly on a computer, but on a mobile device, it seems as if there is simply no content on the page.

I have read in other forum posts that the problem might be related to the theme. We are using U-Design (WP Premium Theme). To be sure, I tested two other themes earlier today, but unfortunately with the same result.

I would be very grateful if you could assist me with this issue.

I used to choose the font size and I’ve done that for all my last accordions.
But recently but there is not the box anymore under “Title/Icon Font Size” and “Description Font Size” so I can’t change it as there is nothing clickable.

Also, I noticed on my website that the old accordions are not anymore the font size I chosen. Everything changed as if everything is back to a size by default.

I didn’t add another plugin that can make a conflict and the plugin Accordion is updated.

Anyone can help?

There is this accordion which somehow does not render for all browsers. In Brave browser it is all fine but in Chrome, Opera and Firefox there is only the container DIV:

<div class="wpsm_panel-group"

… and it is empty, with </div> right on the next line, without any content!!! In Brave, it is normal, has children:

Moved the files to the top level directory after a redesign, the database is still the same. Why did my Accordions disappear?

I am trying to embed an YouTube to the accordion, but everything I tried is not working. I tried the <iframe> from YouTube. and made the plugin editor change in line 16 to false and added this to the custom CSS “.tab-pane.active iframe, .wpsm_panel-body iframe{width:100% !important;max-width:100% !important;}”, but none seemed to have worked.

I just tried this “[embed width="560" height="315" ]https://youtu.be/RgH8VCjzSDM?si=9m3qUi7p74pA8l-U[/embed]” and that’s not working.

Thoughts?

Although there is a an id for the different FAQ items in HTML, I can’t access them with an anchor in the link:

It doesn’t need to open, just jump to the right item.

Within the accordion plugin the lay-out looks very different from the page, is it possible to make this compatible?

I’m hoping someone can assist me. I really like the plugin, but I’m encountering an issue. When I switch to the WYSIWYG editor and toggle between the HTML view and the visual view, the <br> tags get removed, causing layout problems as a result.

I would like to know how can i change the width of the acordeon (right and left padding i mean). Can i change the high of each accordeon? In the mobile are too high.

This is the BEST Accordion Plugin by FAR! WOW! Really WOW!

So I’m creating some very deep sized Accordions on a WordPress POST with 56 layers deep and putting a lot of work and effort in doing so. Is there a way I can EXPORT this entire Accordion 56 layers and then IMPORT it to another WordPress site of ours. I hope so because it would take me a lot of effort to rebuild it from scratch, but maybe not as long as the original… Anyway THANK YOU for the wonderful Plugin.

Similar to previous support topics, but an iframe is not rendering video.

eBook and audio are fine, but the video is awry.

I’ve changed the code as per https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/iframe-in-accordion-not-rendering/ with no joy.

we are using Accordion FAQ plugin on our website for FAQ. what the problem is WYSIWYG Editor not working when creating a accordian. Plugin giving option to edit title, description and giving an option like USE WYSIWYG EDITOR to edit the description content. but, if we click on the button, it is not working.

we are not able to edit DESCRIPTION as we like. help on the issue. we have to edit the description in EDITOR.

The visual and Text options are missing from my accordion Pro, as well as the option to delete. I have the option to delete all accordions, but not one. I need to delete just one, and I am unable to.

I’m using plug-in Responsive Accordion And Collapse, and there is no option to edit titles of current accordions, or to add a title if I create a new one. There’s just no option to click on the field “Enter Accordion Title Here.”

The topics expand and collapse in mobile. But in mobile safari and mobile chrome, I’m getting errors even though everything displays.

Mobile Safari – Cannot run script. Safari cannot run the script because JavaScript is not allowed to be used this way.

Mobile Chrome – This site is repeatedly trying to open another application. Allow? Don’t Allow?

Hopefully, this is fixed in the next few days cause I don’t want to have to find a plug-in with no errors on mobile.

Accordion suddenly stops working. Any idea?

With version 2.4.6, I can no longer change the Title/Icon Font Size or the Description Font Size.? Normally, the size appears in a Red Box.? Now the Red Box shows no font size number (is completely red) and, when clicked nothing happens and stays the red color.? The area does show a Help Box which, when clicked, displays Help info but the Red Box shows no number.

I need to change the font size so – could you please look into this problem?

Step 2: Select the “Responsive Accordion and Collapse” plugin to edit the dropdown.

Step 3: Go to lib > installation > installation.php
line no. 16 replace ‘true’ to ‘false’ ” but it’s still not working.

I’ve had to leave my accordion in an open state to allow to use page skips effectively but it is causing some accessibility issues for some of the website visitors, so I would like to make a button to collapse all of the accordions.

I’m a using the Accordion on the homepage of https://www.saskiahermans.nl. I find two issues with these.

I use some HTML in the accordions and I noticed that, after saving, quite some html was removed, especially <br> and <p>.

The other thing is I’m using the following html:

??????????????? .<li>3 maart 2024: Reverse</li>
.</ul>

Of course, there should not be dots at the beginning of the lines … this html is working fine at my desktop. However on my mobile it is giving a lot of white space and no text. When I remove the style (style=”margin-left: 315px”), it works fine however, I need the left margin.

Anybody who can help me with either point?

For eg. Currently the one of the Accordion title says – “01. Avoid Shark Attack” . When I try to add extra spaces between “01.” and “Avoid Shark Attack” to look like below – the spaces are not saved on the title when I click update.
