I have a the Responsive Theme, announcements don’t show. I notice that a number of comments have been made to support on here and there is no response. Quite disappointed.

I’m very excited about this plugin, I have been unable to get this Announcement to show at all, it’s published, I’ve cleared all my caches. But no luck. Any ideas I could check…?

Once the user clicks the x to close the announcements at the top of the screen they never appear again and there is no way to bring them back.
