The plugin does not work properly, it’s only possible to add the limitations to create a new post, however the user can still edit any post.

Faz exatamente o que promete: restringe as categorias em que um autor pode postar.
Particularmente, estava procurando um plugin que limitasse as categorias que um editor pode editar. Ao usar o plugin com um usuário editor, ele tem as categorias em que pode escrever restringidas, mas continua podendo editar qualquer post do site, tanto pelo frontend quanto pelo backend.
Para mim n?o serviu, mas n?o deixa de ser um ótimo plugin.

This plugin is very good and does what it says. You can easily restrict authors to a single category or more.
The author can view all posts in all categories but can not edit them except within the categories he has access to.

Hi there,
like the plugin and it does what it’s supposed to in the browser. But sadly it doesn’t work with the app. There, the user still has access to all categories. I’m not sure if you can fix that but for me personally it’s not so important. Thanks.

This is the best plugin to restrict author for some categories.
More options needed in next update:
In some scenario there are websites/blogs with users registered as authors so it is hard to edit the restriction to every single user.
I will give the developer 5 stars for this plugin if we can select and restrict multi authors and multi categories in easy way instead of doing it one by one.
By the way it is still a great plugin ??

This works fine doing the simple task, to restrict author to a specific category to post in. Its not more than that, and its very useful running a blog with more writers.
After install, you should open ALL USERS, and EDIT the one user you want to restrict to only one category. First You have created this category. Now You can set the user to this category. Easy.

I really enjoyed this plugin to get the smartphone and test to see how he quit. To my misfortune he showed all categories ability to author that I had set only one category to be displayed.

El plugin funciona bien, te permite restringir la publicación de post para un usuario determinado en una única categoría.
El problema es que no detecta la traducción o traducciones de dicha categoria para sitios multiidioma con WPML.
