i get a PHP error in the newest version v3.2.13 called

Used PHP version: v8.1
Used WordPress version: v6.7

After i made a downdate to v3.2.12 it works without problems.

Is RCP WP 6.7 compatible?

Then, I realize two companies are offering the plugin, StellarWP and RCP. Are they pushing the same updates?

For some reason, when someone registers via RCP and creates their password at registration, once they log out and try to sign back in again for the first time after signing up, WordPress does not recognize the password! It’s not being set or something at registration.

The user is forced to reset their password. What is causing this? It’s happening with each new registration.

That’s perfect for my customer to log in and have access to my private blog.

Nonetheless, I want to hide a part of the customer account when they log in.

It’s the Payment History lines, I want to hide it if possible. that being said, I don’t have problem if the customer can watch their account overview lines.

Any ideas how to do so?

Im on the pro version and have got direct access and updating to the tables working, but unable get the function working with support unable to help or confirm if it works or not.

How can I set up reminders about a subscription? I have year long subscriptions and people forget. Then they dispute. A reminder with instructions could save them from disputes, or changing their billing info, or no renewing upcoming subscription.

Hello, Our site has weekly and monthly plans, few of our users auto renewal was due but they got expired instead of being charged and got assigned free subscription, When we checked all their dashboard their cards were not there just a button Update Card is there. also Stripe. Though they are charged in Stripe but on site they are getting marked as expired.

This function will save user’s data and his consent to Privacy and terms on my DB as a proof of consent.

Can you suggest a way/example from your dev documentation, for doing it?

Note. I already have the function for saving data in my db, i need a way to attach it after the validation of the form and when it’s ready to be sent.

This long-standing WordPress 6.6 website has been using the FREE version of Restrict Content plugin with no compatibility problems at the BlueHost ISP. BlueHost ISP is running PHP 8.3.

Suddenly when the newest update (version 3.2.11) of Restrict Content plugin was installed 4 days ago, the plugin produces a message on my WordPress dashboard saying “a critical error has occurred on the site”. And my WordPress Dashboard becomes inaccessible. BlueHost Tech Support representative says the cause of this critical error is the Restrict Content plugin is no longer compatible w/the version of PHP that they have been running: PHP 8.3.

The Restrict Content requirements say this plugin requires “Requires PHP Version: 7.4 or higher”. Before this 3.2.11 version update in Restrict Content, this incompatibility problem did not exist w/PHP 8.3.

I have to DEACTIVATE the Restrict Content plugin in order to access my Bluehost Dashboard. Now because I deactivated the Restrict Content plug, you will see the plugin’s LOGIN FORM at https://montevalle.org/members/ is not functional.

Do you have a FIX for this incompatibility problem? Please help me fix this problem because I need the functionality of the Restrict Content plugin to protect content in the “private Members area”.

After the last update I got the following error in all dashboard pages:

Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function rcp_is_rcp_admin_page()

I just updated to v. 3.2.11 and I got and error that locked my wp-admin. Entered recovery mode and had a message that restrict content did not complete loading. Tried to resume and got the same issue. Deactivated plugin and site is up. Would like to get this working again.

Has anyone implemented adding fields to the registration form AND the fields show up in the WP admin and/or Customer records in RCP admin?

The fields show but do not get recorded. Am running the pro version, contacted support, but have no reply. Any feedback on this is appreciated.

HI because a lot of subscribers forget yearly subscription auto-renew, I want to disable for current active memberships, auto renew

1. when i tried with one it told me “Changing the recurring indicator will not set up or remove a subscription with the gateway. This checkbox is for updating RCP records only.” so how do I get Stripe to cancel auto-renew or do I mis-understand
2. is there a bulk way to change auto-renewal to off.

Getting a lot of disputes from yearly automatic renewals need help with Stripe disputes,

a. because we don’t have a customer signature if we do please let me know

b. because you don’t make them scroll through the terms than accept

c. because you don’t have a cancellation/refund policy

We have been informed by Stripe support that Link is by default enabled by your service and overrides the manual account settings in Stripe dashboard.
