There is an issue with the Layout: Slider II. The stars do not fit properly and it leads to an issue with the layout of the widget.

I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting and nothing resolves the issue. I am using plugin version 12.2 on this site, but I am using version 12 on another site and it’s working fine.

If you could please look into this for me and get back to me with a possible solution.

Hi there,

Problem when using a pop-up version to display reviews:
When I set the z-index of any widget in Elementor, this widget appears over the review pop-up (the pop-up hides behind the widget with the z-index set), even if the z-index is set to a very low number (e.g. the z-index is 1).

I also use the “Sticky Header Effects for Elementor” plugin – and the review pop-up hides behind the header.
This problem could be temporarily solved if the height of the pop-up could be limited – can I limit the height or increase the margin, please?

Currently, the only way to close the pop-up window is to click on the close x in the top right corner of the pop-up window. Would it be possible to close the pop-up window by simply clicking outside the pop-up window?

Hi, I have checked the “hide ratings without comment” option and, since Booking forces a single word for empty reviews, it still shows them even though the users did not post any comment.

Ratings were displayed when the plugin was first installed, but not all of them.
I reinstalled the plugin hoping to see all reviews. From now on, however, no ratings were displayed at all, only an error. Apparently the reviews have been downloading in the background for several days. However, there are only a few reviews on Booking.com.

Unfortunately, a reset from the plugin settings was unsuccessful.
