We’ve recently started using the PW Gift Cards plugin (link below) but it seems that customers are unable to checkout using card when they use a gift card code on our site. Does this plugin support PW Gift Cards or do you have any plans to support it in future?
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/pw-woocommerce-gift-cards/
I’ve checked the error logs and just get a message saying ‘Something went wrong’ with no further info showing.
Many thanks,
Gordon
]]>For the last month the Payment Methods are not properly loading – seems like they are missing some code as you cant enter CC data in any of them.
You can reproduce it by adding any product https://prolata.hu/product/vjetrovka-unisex-windy-524/ to cart and moving to checkout.
My guess is that its something related to Elemntor as when I switch back to the classic checkout page it is working which can be seen on this site https://prolata.si/delovne-kratke-hlace/ where it also wont work when Elementor checkout Layout is enabled.
On the other end a 3rd site where I use the same setup as above (Woodmart/Elementor) it is working normaly https://navijaj.com/product/bodi-za-bebe-hnk-radnicki-mece/ when both are enabled.
Also worth mentioning that until a month ago everything worked on prolata.hu and prolata.si with woodmart/elementor and I am not sure if an update with Revolut or on their side made this issues.
By trying to debug something I spoted that the attached piece of code is missing when Elementor checkout is enabled which could cause the whole issue?

Hello,
I am experiencing issues with the Revolut Gateway for WooCommerce plugin on my WordPress site. The card payment method is enabled but does not display on the checkout page. Upon checking the logs, I see recurring warnings like:

Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and the card payment method is still not visible at checkout.

]]>Hello,
I have activated the plugin and added the sandbox key to make some tests with the debit card payment method with revolut. When making the payment and getting the payment successfull message on the popup I get this error in the console wc-ajax=wc_revolut_process_payment_result 500. Why is this happening and how can I solve it?
Thanks!

]]>Hello, the Google pay and Apple pay buttons trigger the popup for payment even if the woocommerce validation fails. This does not seem to happen with the credit card payment that follows the normal validation process.
This causes customers to complete the payment with google and apple pay, but the order won’t be created since there are validation erros in the form.
]]>Hello Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the Revolut Pay integration on my website, which is using the Eduma theme, the latest version of the Revolut plugin, and WooCommerce.
The problem occurs when customers select the “Revolut Pay” payment option during checkout—immediately afterward, it displays a “404 Page” error instead of proceeding with the payment.
Here are some relevant details:
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you for your support.
]]>Each time we upgrade the Revolut plug in, we have to change the settings to not display the Revolut promotions / marketing.
The tick boxes in the rewards and promotions tab under settings get re activated without customers consent.
Please stop doing this it is very annoying! And I know of no other plug-in that does it when updating the plug-in.

]]>As a Revolut fan, I would’ve loved to ditch Stripe to use it for my ecommerce brand, but I reliably note a 20-30% conversion rate difference with Stripe mainly linked to express checkout handling. To my experience, Stripe have been the best with it, but Revolut isn’t far behind. So, I am currently in an effort to bring the Revolut Payment Gateway conversion rate on par with Stripe performance and am currently hunting for differences and possible improvements in the plugin to increase the conversion rate. I have found a few issues that makes the plugin perform worse than Stripe in terms of conversion rate. Here are some of them, along with possible improvements by the Revolut team:
1: In the Apple Pay browser-controled fragment (the iOS/macOS native component showing up when the shopper is clicking the Apple Pay button), the merchant name is currently set as the merchant company legal name. Because the company name is not always the same as the commercial name, the name indicated here can be a totally different name than the shop name, hurts branding, gets shoppers to lose confidence, and get some to abort their order. To fix this issue, I recommend setting the Woocommerce store name as the merchant name, or adding a setting in the merchant settings to allow modifying the merchant name. As far as I know, this name is currently pulled from a request to https://merchant-mgmt.revolut.com/orders/token/${token}/apple-pay/session
. Stripe conveniently uses the store name with the ( via Woocommerce)
mention, see the screenshot below:
2: In the checkout page, shoppers can have the option to use Google Pay and Apple Pay to complete their order, but they need to fill-in all their information in the traditional checkout fields, the same way they would if they’d enter their credit card information directly. This is also most likely having a hit in conversion rates as well. While I understand shoppers must fill in their information before selecting a Woocommerce payment method to complete their order. A quicker way is possible: Add a feature to show an express checkout button at the top of the page, instead of showing Apple Pay/Google Pay as another payment method. This is the way Stripe is doing it, as shown in the two screenshots below:
On this screenshot, the Google Pay button is shown at the top of the page, in full width.
In the payment methods list, the express checkouts are not shown because they are already visible at the top of the page.
3: To strengthen brand safety, I’d recommend using the official Apple Pay button design with the bigger, bold font, which is more true to Apple design language. The current button design used in the Revolut Plugin has a lighter font which is fine, but using the official design is one more way to give more confidence in shoppers. Maybe a setting like “Express checkout button text weight” allowing merchants to choose between both designs would suit this need the best. I do not have taken a screenshot of the button used by Revolut, but here is a screenshot of a product page, when the Stripe plugin is enabled:
While these changes can seem minor, they have a definitive impact on a store performance, and by extension, a significant impact on Revolut revenue through fees. I believe it is in the best interest of everyone to get these small changes implemented.
Other possible improvements:
Here are other welcomed changes, though they’re not affecting conversion rates:

]]>Hi there, we use your pluging for years and we’re very satisfied by it’s simplicity. Recently we came to an issue where we made a refund through the order’s admin interface and we thought that evrything is okay but a few days later our client wrote to say that he still haven’t received the refund and when we checked in the Revolut merchant internface, indeed his payment was not triggered for refund.
Earlier today we made the refund manually by logging into the Revolut site.
I’d apprciate your support on this. Hopefully this stuff from the Woocommerce order admin would help you to identify the transaction on your platform:
Order #272070 details
Payment via revolut_cc (66A02563-59D0-ADC0-9086-72D68BAF9E6F). Paid on July 24, 2024
We have a problem on the order page, when we select Apple Pay, information appears that this payment is not currently supported, the same happens with card payments, and the payment is not currently supported. Please help, we reinstalled the plugin, but it didn’t help
]]>Hello,
We are using the latest release of your plugin for a WooCommerce shop.
Our store allows customers to purchase bookable products, which include details like date and time.
When a customer orders a bookable product, a booking is created in parallel with the order, and the order reflects the date and time details. This process works perfectly when customers pay via Stripe—the order and booking are both successfully created.
However, when the order is paid through Revolut, the date and time details are missing from the order, and the booking is not created. The order itself is generated, but without the crucial booking information.
We have tested both the “Authorize and Capture” mode and the “Authorize Only” mode, but the issue persists.
We have tried using two different booking plugins: WordPress Appointment Booking Plugin and YITH WooCommerce Booking, but the problem remains the same.
For now, we have completely deactivated Revolut and are relying solely on Stripe.

]]>Hi there,
the payments that require 3DS always fail on checkout. I know the client accept the payment on the phone but the payment on the website times out and stays pending. All the other payments work fine.
I know its not a problem on my clients side because i always send a payment link after that and all works fine when the plugin its not envolved.
What can be causing this? I also have stripe and all 3DS works as expected.
Thank you

Hello, we have an issue with the Revolut plugin as if a user has an error in one of his billing fields or other and uses a Revolut payment method, and it shows the usual field validation error. The problem is that the user will now not be able to edit or select any of the fields to fix it, and it looks like the whole WooCommerce section is unresponsive, as the user cannot even select the error text. I have narrowed this down to the plugin, as this problem goes away if you use any other payment method other than the ones provided by Revolut, so it’s only affecting the plugin.
You can verify this by adding any product to the cart and trying to check out with one or more incorrect fields. Can this please be looked at, as this is a showstopper for using this plugin in production.
Current WordPress version: 6.6.1
Woo Version: 9.1.4
Plugin version: 4.16.0
Hi, since today we have this notification only on Revolut payment method, all other payment methods are working but for Revolut we can’t enter card details.

]]>I have just installed Revolut alongside our other payment methods. We are in Sandbox mode and have the api key connected fine. However – checkout does not work at all, with the very helpful error of ‘something went wrong’.
I’d appreciate email support if possible so we can share live links and maybe setup a staging site.
Note we have PayPal also available and checkout is fine using that.
There is one issue with PayPal – if we checkout with any currency other than the store default of GBP, it currently fails (PayPal looking into this as we speak) but Revolut fails on any currency, even the store default.
(And one extra bit of info that may be useful, PayPal needed a filter to return the correct page context as their CC fields weren’t showing up.)
Hello,
we have a problem with the plugin, we have configured it correctly, we have connected the api etc and it does not appear in the checkout as an option at all. We use latest version of the plugin, also latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce.
From the Google Chrome search console, the following problem appears:
Third-party cookie will be blocked in future Chrome versions as part of Privacy Sandbox.
merchant.revolut.com/embed.js?ver=4.14.0:1
Can you please see it? Because it’s urgent. Thank you in advance.

]]>Hello, we need to translate placeholder “Cardholder name”, but there is not option for that.
Is it possible to add this string to language file?

]]>I can’t believe this issue is still there after years of reporting.
When a customer pays for a WooCommerce Subscription order manually with a different payment method, a new order is created instead of marking the original order as paid. The new order has no relationship with the subscription and the subscription remains on-hold. Every. Single. Time.
How on Earth is it an acceptable behaviour? The user used card payment (using the Revolut gateway) to subscribe. Later, during a renewal, the card payment fails. It happens. The user clicks on the payment link in the notification email and pays the outstanding balance using Revolut Pay (from the Revolut App) this time. Why does the gateway have to create a new, unrelated order??? Nonsense.
Just for the record, the Stripe payment gateway works correctly, marking the original order paid. Even if the user changes from another payment gateway. This is the good behaviour.
