we are using your Timeline Event Plugin and are very happy with it.
Today I noticed that a Event, which took place 1 week ago, is not displayed anymore. Can I turn this off? I want to keep past Events, so people can see what events we allready held.
Unfortunately I cannot find an option for this. Not in the settings and not when I create a Event.

I was hoping to easily extent this great plugin with some ideas of my own. I’m new to wordpress (php) development and through some browsing I figured out that one needs “actions” or “filters” to extent its functionality. Perhaps the ideas I have are already on the development plan of “richteam”.
For example, the customisations I had in mind is the ability to add periods as in from date –> to date, as opposed to entering just a single (start)-date. The other thing I’d be interested in is the ability specify the type of life event (e.g. holiday, business deal, marriage or divorce, start-up, etc.). The other thing was the ability to add an emotion to the event such as: happy, sad, euphoric, depressed, etc. or the ability to add “tags” to the event and the ability to filter on those tags.
Is there a way contribute to this project?

]]>I love this plugin but I’m having trouble with it displaying when I log out of WP-ADMIN. So of the entries, i.e., those about Book Lott’s Elephant Sanctuary, have text missing under the dates and others aren’t displaying the images. Any idea what I need to do differently?

I am using the timeline to show a list of my talks.
It seems that the text of the timeline elements, including the name of the event, a link to the event, the title of the talks and sometimes a video is not editable in the admin dashboard.
When I create a new element like “03.11.2022 Lecture: Requirements Engineering” I cannot edit the text as there is no text-field shown in the timeline element editor. The same problem occurs for existing elements. All information, like title or date, can be edited except the text that is already shown in the timeline.
Why is the text-field not available?

I have been testing this plugin bud have come across a bug when testing, when the screen size is reduced the middle timeline line would hover over any text or images below it when using the style 7 template.
I have managed to fix this within the plugin by setting the z-index to unset within the plugin CSS code.

after opening the page with the timeline, the swing-effect happens:
The timeline is swinging up and down, it take nearly 3 seconds till the page is “fix” and readable.
Can this be changed?

When I add a picture to a timeline entry the WYSIWYG-Editor rewrites the URL from “https://mydomain.org/wp-content/uploads/picture.jpg” to “../wp-content/uploads/picture.jpg”. Because of this dot-dot-slash-approach the timeline is only working for mydomain.org/timeline but not for mydomain.org/subfolder/timeline.
This problem was already reportet here, here and probably here.
Can you please fix this?

Also wondered why there doesn’t seem to be a direct link to the media library and had to go to the media library to get the url to then add to the insert/edit option when editing the timeline title block.
