I am very pleased with the support.
I had a specific issue with the timeline resulting in a missing component for editing details of a timeline event.
The support contacted me directly after an hour and helped me over 4 days to solve the issue. They explained me in detail what needs to be done. However, as I am less familiar with the webhosting details, I struggled with fixing the issue.
Due to my unfamiliarity, it took several emails to make the correct settings. Nevertheless, the support was friendly, respectful and patient.
All issues were professional resolved. Great work

I started with the timeline app. decided to buy the bundle. Once I started asking questions it became vague and not very responsive. I asked for a refund. No reaction at all. Number provide by Checkout was disconnected once I started talking. Overall bad experience.

I like the features of the plugin, I especially like that it supports custom content in the events – but it causes mixed content errors and subsequently Chrome-based browsers label the site insecure which is unacceptable for me. Security is paramount in my application.

Not too easy to learn how things work, but after a while one gets the grips. The designs are horrible, and need to test all to see what’s available. Finally settling on one of them, there’s the possibility to change things, but that interface is also cumbersome and sometimes it shows default settings though adjustments have been made. Nevertheless, very useful plugin, but the thing that breaks the deal is the amount of styling done inline, setting size on date next to the posts is for example neither possible from the settings, nor via css.
Also, the plugin uses its own fonts, looks like standard fonts in Windows, and it’s not possible to change in the settings to something more modern, like my site does (Goole fonts, for example).
Appreciate the effort, I’m no programmer, and do understand things may be hard to code, but I’ll have to try something else.

Needed a replacement plugin for WP Timeline (which hadn’t been updated and was getting a bit buggy). Event Timeline does everything I needed (including allowing you to add dates prior to 1970, which some other plugins charge a premium for).
With a bit of CSS tweaking the timeline looks great, and it’s mobile responsive right out of the box – no messing about on that front.
My only gripe is the actual interface. There is a lot of clicking involved, and it’s not all that intuitive to use (adding images, for example, seems to involve you having the URL for the image to hand, rather than using WP’s media uploader).
Once you get your head around how it works it’s fine, and I would definitely use it again and recommend it if you need a timeline plugin.

The plugin worked great, as designed. I tried several others and this is the only one that did what I wanted. I did make some modification to the code but nothing too crazy. I had one issue and the support team handled it right away.
