Thanks for the plugin which as been working fine but now seems to have a problem.
Someone sent a review and I received an email informing me to go to page=fp_admin_pending_reviews_page. But there was nothing there. I’ve tried to fill it in myself in the front end but nothing happened after I submitted it. So I tried to do it in the back end and same again, nothing has happened, it’s not showing anywhere. Check both codes and they are as they should be.

To be fair it’s such a simple process you’ve set up I can’t figure out what could go wrong.
Is it a plugin confict you may know about??

]]>Since the last update of the “Rich reviews” plugin for WordPress, the last 5 published reviews do not appear on mobile devices. But instead, they do appear on desktop.
I have looked if I had any special rules applied but it is not.
If I change the date of the latest reviews (to an older date) they don’t appear in mobile either. On the other hand, they do change position in desktop.
Do you have any idea what could be going on?

I’m having a bit of an issue with the plugin. If I use the shortcodes [RICH_REVIEWS_FORM]
and [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET]/[RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW] on the same page, the form will be resubmitted on page refresh. Is there any way to stop the plugin from doing this? Thanks in advance.
Hello, I know you’re in the process of migrating this plugin over, but the help link you posted seems to go to a 3rd party Help Scout App, and this is something we’ve been battling for a year now, ever since we migrated servers and changed our theme. Whenever we get a review, it duplicates, exactly 20x times. All customer reviews and test reviews create 20 duplicate entries to be approved (of course, we can approve just one of the twenty so that the website reflects only one). We get 20 emails from the server telling us we have a new review ??
I’ve disabled so many plugin scripts from running on that page but not sure what could be causing it. Would be great to finally get this fixed before the crossover. Been using Rich Reviews for 8 years now! Just downloaded the newest version 1.9.11

After a successful review submission, our customers see a message that we would like to change. I cannot find where this can be changed in any of the backend options. I see the line of text is nested in the div.successful area. I’m guessing it’s hardcoded somewhere but I can’t find it. Any help would be great.

I use rich reviews on quite a few posts. However, I have recently noticed that under the title of the review the link to the actual post is displayed in green. I have the option to ‘include post titles’ unchecked.
I have hidden the post title using css .rr_review_post_id {
display:none
}
However, when I check the source of the page the link back to the post the review is displayed on is still there. Some posts might have up to 30 reviews which means 30 links back to the page the review is being seen on. Not good for seo so can this be removed?

]]>The plugin seems to work well, just seems after the last update may be the permissions changed on deleting reviews?
So if you go to pending reviews, click the checkbox next to date. Then go down to the dropdown below, choose to delete, and click apply.
The command seems to try to process, but nothing changes!

I tried to add further reviews in the backend. Suddenly the new reviews are not existing after saving, despite there were no error messages.
Then I checked the sql database and found out, that the last review before (that was OK) were assigned to the ID 0 instead the next higher ID number. Finally, when I entered a free ID and saved inside the database, I could add one further review in the backend. But then I have the same issue, it is assigned to the ID 0.
I ask you to provide a solution, because it is a bit complicated to correct the data in the sql database ever and ever ;-)… Thank you very much!

The “Hello” message is not removing itself when users lower than an admin try to remove it from their dashboards with the “dismiss” button. We built out a fully custom dashboard for a client that uses your plugin and this message appears to basically all of their staff on login.

]]>Hello. Been using your plugin for 5+ years, never a problem. Now, after migrating our site to a new server and theme, we seem to be getting duplicate reviews- like A LOT! 20 reviews to be exact. I thought it was possibly the customer’s browser cache that may have been causing it, but it’s happening to all cusotmers and even a test I just made on our site. What is causing the 20x duplicated reviews?
