how can I replace that link such as https://yurbshop.com.ng/product/current product url/#rp-customer-widget-home

I noticed with the new update, customers receive response notification via email only even during the business hours when they should be getting reply as a normal chat. How to fix this please?

Hi, trust y’all good! I have once complained about this plugin forcing other plugins to auto update against our configuration. Nothing is done yet over this, can you please look into this?

Thanks for this plugin, it a perfect solution for what I’d need. However, having this plugin installed, it forces all other plugins to auto update when they’re not configured to perform as such. Any help is appreciated
