I put Technorati Tags with keywords for the post in my WP blog.
My broken link checker finds the technorati tags and points them out as broken.
Can I use a wild card character for a full line?
Technorati Tags: Keyword A, Keywork B, Keyword C
Could I type in the line below and just wipe out that whole line. There is nothing but the technorati tags on the line.
Technorati Tags: *

any ideas are appreciated ??
]]>Hi Benjamin, great work with the plugin, it’s just the right balance of features and simplicity for me. I use your plugin on several of my sites regularly and have built a few extra features and made a few bug fixes so that it works better for me.
I can see that there are quite a few bug reports and feature requests over the last six months which have not been addressed. My changes resolve a few of these among other things, I’d love to make my modifications available to all.
Is there a way that I can submit these changes to the live product? Can you add me as a contributing developer, or, if you are not wanting to work on this plugin anymore, can I just take it over and make the changes directly?
Thanks ??
Andrew

From already some time he was looking for a plugin of this type. Thank you very much for the plugin.
I would like knowing if it is possible to search on pages and not only in posts
Also I believe that really, how some people commented, the plugin is slightly confused, think that a form simple to solve it would be to organize it for tabs and to do some adjustments
Also it would be interesting that in the previous show the title of the posts, to be able to have rapid access to them and be able to verify if really errors have not been committed on having realized changes
Thanks and great job!!
]]>I get these errors / warnings / responses when executing a Search and Replace.
A preview works.
It doesn’t do the replacement.
I have used the plugin for two other clients and it has worked great, thank you! I will get them to send a donation.
==========
Response to Replace: I checked and the files seem to be in the right place. I don’t see a safe-search-replace-data folder in any of the clients’ files, even the ones that work.

I recently downloaded this plugin and find it very easy to use — thank you! Except for one problem.
I was successfully able to use the plugin to edit certain terms in my post titles (I’m trying eliminate profanity, i.e. insert “f*ck” where the whole word used to be). Unfortunately the post slugs / URLs have retained the entire word, which doesn’t help me out much. Is there any way I can use this plugin to edit the URLs also?
]]>Hello, this is a great tool.
However I’m unable use it if the search/replace text has special characters like quote character i.e. ” or ‘. I tried things like escaping them with a backslash character i.e. \” or \’ and that does not work either.
Any ETA on a Fix?
]]>Hi,
don’t know if this plugin is still supported by the author, i’ve installed and trying to do a shortcode edit/replacement i see in the preview that the plugin adds a slash before the closing bracket:
[iframe src="***" width="330" height="680" /]
is there a fix for this?

]]>Sorry but unless you’re a database jockey, this plugin is hard to figure out. Some help would make it more useful. Like, why do we care about filters/etc.? I know there are reasons, but “search/replace” shouldn’t be so complicated. Looked for help, BTW, didn’t find any.
I’m going to work directly in php myadmin.

]]>I finally managed to figure out how SSR works!
I’m sorry to say that for a person like me who’s not a database expert, the user interface is extremely un-intuitive. I expected straight-forward “Search For”/”Replace With” fields, and it took many tries to figure out how the “Selector” and “Filter” fields actually function.
Now I’m stuck because when I try to replace a URL that contains a slash “/” as the first character of the “Selector” field, I get this error:
Warning: preg_match() [function.preg-match]: No ending delimiter ‘/’ found in […]/wp-content/plugins/safe-search-replace/Ssr/Api/Selector.php on line 37
I tried to escape the slash by typing it twice (//) but then I get no results when I click the button “Preview Selection”.
