Hi, this might seem a strange question, but I have 2 different sites that use the following (from the FAQ)

However, at some point in the past year (I’m afraid I don’t know when) one site doesn’t parse the above into the field__c in SF, where are the other does. They have exactly the same function code and the same hidden field in their respective forms.
The only thing I can think of is there’s a difference somewhere else that might be causing this. Anyone have an idea where that might be so I can investigate and test?

Hi I am trying to resolve this issue recaptcha is not working as expected, when I press submit it keeps on just reloading and not submitting, it is saying “Please complete recaptcha field”

I’m in need of adding a Checkbox to our web-to-lead form, for “Text Message Opt-In”. It’s easy getting the Checkbox in there, but in contrary to the FAQ info, the checkbox comes through pre-checked, and for compliance it is required to be unchecked.
I’ve tried various combinations of 0 and 1, and true and false, in the “value” field and with/without them in options. Any suggestions on what might be wrong?
I’m not aware of any filters that may have been built before my time. And the custom Salesforce Lead Field for the checkbox just got created.

But, the Return/Thanks URL is not working. Some other forms did successfully redirect about a year ago, but those aren’t on our site anymore. I just tried one of them on an unpublished page, and it did not redirect now.
Any insight into why the redirect isn’t working and what we can do?

I’ve added a form to a page and noticed when the user types text into an input field (e.g. First Name) the font is a light gray and indented slightly so it’s not starting on the far left of the input box. How would I go about changing the font color and the left padding in the input box?
]]>I get a “success” message but, nothing is making it to Salesforce. I’ve tried numerous forms and settings: web to lead and web to case, using google recaptcha and using the built in captcha, with cache plugin deactivated.
I enabling debug within the form itself. I didn’t see any errors on screen and I didn’t receive an email.
I checked Salesforce debug logs and there isn’t one for today.

We’re using the Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce plugin and it’s functioning properly generally – has been for a couple of years, but recently it’s been overrun with spam and we’re struggling with the proper actions to take in order to curb it. We have reCaptcha in place, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Appreciate any help or suggestions.

We ask people to select a location. Each location can have different hours. I would like to have when someone selects a location it will only allow them to select hours that are available for the location they picked.

Our website is currently being translated into English. For this purpose we have also set up new web-to-lead forms and integrated them into the website.
The fields Success Message, etc. were added to the individual forms in English. However, these are not displayed, but the messages under Basic Settings.
It is mentioned in the individual fromulars that the messages entered here will be overwritten. But this is not the case.
The linked web page is still the german variant, as the english one has not been finally published yet.

We recently changed the theme of Boxwell.co to Elementor and went through a website upgrade. When we changed the theme, emails from Brilliant Web to Lead stopped being delivered to our [email protected] email address.
The leads are still flowing into Salesforce, but we are not receiving the notification emails. We’ve gone into our email system (Outlook) and whitelisted both the email address and the entire domain, but still nothing.
Any advice on steps to triage this issue?

It’s also working fine, but when I enter the site the next day, neither the folder “salesforce-wordpress-to-lead” in the theme, nor the css file inside the folder are there. It’s as if they get deleted over night…?

Q about “Form Editor”: there’s a field called “options” and I’m struggling to figure out how to use it. I want to add a placeholder text to an input field and can see that if I put a value in the options field, sometimes it shows up within the input field in the html, but I’ve tried several combinations and can’t figure out how to add a placeholder text. Any general guidance on how to use the “Options” field and specifically for placeholder text?

Hi, thanks for the plugin! I was wondering if any anti-spam integrations (e.g. Akismet) have been added in recent releases. The site my company is using this on is receiving multiple spam submissions a day even with reCAPTCHA enabled so I believe the submissions must be coming from humans. It looks like Akismet would potentially catch these based on the content so hoping there’s an integration available or possibly in the works with something like this? If not, is there anything else that can be done to prevent these spam submissions?
