– Is it possible to include html code in the win mails ?
– How to redirect Win Url to an blank page ?

Where do players enter their email before playing?

There’s something strange about the statistics. Sometimes when a prize is won, it adds 2 to the stats count, while other times it adds 1 to the count. Additionally, sometimes when a prize is won, all the prices numbers are increased in the statistics.

Actually the content is not displayed when I use “do_shortcode” function inside my theme. Do you have an other way to include the scrath game directly in the wordpress theme?

When I open the code I see the scratch in this way

Win Images are not displayed in the admin

It is not possible to win a prize from a smartphone even if it costs 100% to win the prize, everything is fine with the desktop!

I’m able to put the short code in, and it displays the ticket number but not the actual scratch images. Thanks!

it should be fine can load more images to be randomly shown when you lose the game.

Hey! Hope you are still well.

I have installed LSCache, but now players can play with no limits, yet I still have it set up at 5 plays per day as before (I have no changed any settings since you last looked). I believe players get the first result (ie a win/loss) every time for dozens of plays.

I have the page as “do not cache” and it does not, so I believe it is the script itself that is cached. I will test this more over next week however.

When trying to add an image to an award, I get the error:

Hi, I installed scratch on wy WP website using the plugin and win and everything is ok but the “I won options”.

When losing the game, I can choose the loss url (“URL to which a user is redirected when he hasn’t won.”) but I do not know where to set up the win url ;-/

Same thing for the loss image, that’s ok but not the win..

I have it set so each logged in user gets 5 scratches per 24 hours, however after 24 hours the plays do not reset and the users are not able to play. It has been almost a week and it still has not reset for players.

How can I fix this?

WordPress 5.9, php 7.4. I see the image but the scratcher just doesn’t work, I’m seeing no errors in console, any idea of what I can look for? I have a copy working just fine on local server!
