Hello Support Team,
When I press play, without having marked text, it reads a very limited number of letter-words and stops.
How can I fix it?
Thank you!
]]>Hello,
on our site we use h5p modules for self-learning. Is Screen Reader reading the content of h5p modules? Inside the modules?
Thanks for answer,

]]>A site I’m supporting has an Undefined property: stdClass::$chunksize
warning every time the site is visited.
In the code, a {$prefix}_screenreader_config
table is used to retrieve the plugin’s configuration. It then checks this configuration for $chunksize
, which is not one of the columns created in the table by default.
Adding a chunksize
column to the table fixes this error.
When you open the website from an iphone 13 phone and click on the menu to change page, the page changes but a voice speaks a coded phrase that should not be heard.
The plugin’s voice function is not activated, neither for web nor for mobile.
We tried deactivating the plugin and that solved the problem but we need the plugin.
We have a video of the situation, we can send it.
Regards,
Cecilia
]]>Hello
I’m looking for a plugin that can read/scan a tag written in braille language,
this tag connected to an audio recording
the client will open the website and click on button (plugin button) and scan the tag of product/service (written in braille language) they wish to inquire about
The plugin will start playing the audio recording that elaborates on the chosen product that the client wishes to inquire about.
do you know any plugin do the above or close to?
]]>This seems like a potentially great tool, and I’m considering it for some projects I have coming up, but I wanted to see if there was any way to get some accessibility issues with the plugin addressed.
I noticed that the small ‘screen reader’ button that opens/closes the toolbox isn’t a button. It’s just a div, which means it cannot receive keyboard focus and can’t be operated by non-mouse users. Could that be addressed?
Additionally, when the toolbox is closed, the toolbox functions are just moved off screen, and can confusingly still receive keyboard focus. Could those actually be hidden from screen readers and keyboard users to make things easier to understand?
There are also some issues where the different buttons in the toolbox don’t have any visible focus styling, so it’s hard for keyboard users to tell which tool is focused. I can address that myself with some custom CSS, but I think it would be a good idea to address that in the plugin itself as not every user will know that this needs to be fixed.
Thanks for your time and hard work.
]]>Hey, how do I minimize the screen reader for the phone?
]]>Hello,
I’m currently running into issues related to iOS, the speech is not working there but it works OK on Android, can anyone confirm if this does work on iOS? (Safari/Chrome has been tested there) it took me a while to find a config that could work at least on Android but i’m not sure if i’m missing something to make it work on iOS, also i’ve checked the demo on iOS and its not working.
