Upload your video (preferably MP4) into your screencast.com account. Click on the share icon (the three arrows) to the left of your video. Copy the Share URL and paste into the shortcode. Very easy. I haven’t even needed to insert width and height parameters.

Here’s the shortcode:
[screencast url=”SCREENCAST SHORT URL” width=”WIDTH” height=”HEIGHT”]

Replace SCREENCAST SHORT URL with your Share URL, as in this example:
[screencast url=”https://www.screencast.com/z/gobbledygook” width=”WIDTH” height=”HEIGHT”]

That’s all there is to it. I need to update my WordPress version, but I expect this plug-in will still function as it does now.
