I chose (and sadly paid for) this program from reading what was offered. I needed something to sell downloads but that had the feature to give them at no charge to people who qualify for a free gift. A coupon code is what you need, right? Offer it with a “code’ that they apply at checkout and make the discount 100%. Unfortunately the code offered by this program lets just ONE person redeem it, then it goes inactive. It also is not per product, but for the entire catalog of products. I don’t wish to give everything on my site free, just the one that was qualified for. Still trying to figure out a way to make this work since the cost is so high.

This plug-in is well done and quite easy to setup in order to start selling anything that can be downloaded. I used it for music and translated it in French. It includes the Paypal sandbox for tests, and until now, everything worked fine.
On the graphical design side, the result will highly depend on your theme… for my site, I had to do some CSS modifications. But it is quite easy, and its “template” approach allows anybody with some HTML/CSS knowledge to create his own layout.
The security on the download link is low, but this is mainly due to the WordPress design which is not built on security requirements… the system of download link with email confirmation is quite limited in terms of security, but enough for most cases.

The plugin works well even for the free version of the functional enough, although discounts and coupons would be beneficial in some cases. It is a good alternative to other similar plugins, works with any template, in contrast to the common and popular plug-woocommerce, which I also like, but it is best used for large-scale online stores. Everyone has their own preferences, but this plugin can be used in addition to small shops or sites with features windows.
Use this plug-in to multiple sites, and it works.

I’m using it to sell mp3 files and it works perfect. Had some style issues (due to my wordpress theme) and they fixed in no time, excellent support and very nice people. (I am using the paid version).
Some people say it’s expensive. Come on, you are getting profits from sales. This is a good piece of software that allows me to sell just fine. If I had to write it myself, I couldn’t even start. Totally worth the price.

These are HONEST guys, which is very important if you are dealing with e-commerce
Since I am not familiar with “c o d e”, their customer service was efficient and on the ball to help me through my set up issue.

Just wanted to try out the plugin, which sounded really great. I run a small shop on which I want to start selling some e-books (<10 items). Unfortunately I can’t even change the currency in the FREE version of this plugin, so I can’t really use it. IMHO the price of 50$ for the plugin is too high. I totally see the reasons for demanding money for an intelligent plugin and the time and work invested in it – but why offer so low functionality for free usage? Couldn’t be a model like getting 1% provision on every sold product be better for both sides?
