Hi!
WP Current version: 6.2.2
PHP8.0
I’ve tried the Version 4.02 of the plugin and everything worked, but when i update to the new version of 4.22 the Import and Fitment tabs never load, always a blank page. Sometimes i get a Timeout error in the page so I tried to increase the time before a timeout but to no avail.
I also tried to deactivate all the plugins and theme to see if it would work but still the same issue.
Would you have a idea what could cause this type of issue?
Thanks in advance!
Have a good day.
Everytime I install and activate the Sema Api it crashes the wp-admin page of my website and I get a 502 error.
WordPress version: 6.1.1
PHP and system info (attached in screenshot):
Hello,
There is a problem when importing & reviewing fitment info.
1) Import products from one category & brand:
– Brand: FQCV
– Category: Fog Light
2) Click “Rebuild Fitments” button
– It showed:
Row Brand Category Status Msg
6 FQCV Fog Light – 44 fitments Imported successfully.
Fitments rebuilded
3) Check “Fitment” tab — it shows no fitment data.
“Fitments do not exist. Please add a new YMMS fitment first.”
Could you please review and fix this bug?
Thank you,
Sergey Fomin
Hello,
I’m on WordPress 6.0 and PHP 7.2.34. I updated the plug-in to version 4.02, but now I am no longer able to import products. When I attempt to import products it just says “Preparing products for selected categories” with a loading bar and nothing happens.
Above the area it says:
Notice: Undefined index: debug in /home/—-/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sema-api/includes/importer/class-sema-product-import.php on line 184
I have noticed a few errors on the admin dashboard now too under the Data Import tab:
`Notice: Undefined index: section in /home/—-/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sema-api/includes/views/html-sema-import-greeting.php on line 11
Notice: Undefined index: section in /home/—-/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sema-api/includes/views/html-sema-import-greeting.php on line 14

I hope this can be fixed.
Thanks.
]]>you guys updated the plugin about two weeks ago. Ever since then I have not been able to sync products/fitments on my site. I’ve verified with SEMA multiple times to make sure all credentials are correct.
]]>I am having an issue with an error that says an active PHP Session was detected only when this plugin is activated. It seems to be causing another error, REST API encountered an error-Error: cURL error 28: I also cannot import any products. It either crashes my site or just sits there loading. It also won’t save the page where you select categories before importing.
So far I have changed my theme to a wordpress default theme and deactivated plugins one at a time. That’s how I found out it was this specific plugin. The plugin also has been updated 2 or 3 times since I noticed the issue with the problem unchanging. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and generated a new API key. I am also using WooCommerce so I don’t no if it is some issue with that?
This issue is driving me nuts and I am new at this so my problem solving skills aren’t really that developed yet to figure this issue out. Any help would be much appreciated.
WooCommerce Version: 5.0.0
WordPress Version: 5.6.2
PHP Version: 7.3.12
SEMA API Version: 3.32
If any other info is needed please let me know.
Thank you
I am trying to change the categories which appear in the category tree on the /catalog-search page. It would be helpful to know if the API is pulling from the SDC or DEF code. I am told we cannot change SDC, but we could possibly change DEF.
If anyone has any other methods for changing these categories, please let me know. I feel like I am banging my head against the wall at this point
]]>Hello,
We use Woocommerce and SEMA API plugin installed and working. I need your recommendation if the ideas can be done using your plugin or if I need to look at other customizations.
1. Separate the function of Year, Make and Model so it is a stand-alone bar that can be used as a floating search function, image over-lay, etc. For example, remove the bottom Category and product listing from this page and just have the drop-down field:
https://radiumparts.com/catalog-search
2. Add a My Garage function that would save a user’s automobile’s year, make and model to their account then use it to filter search results.
If not, do you have recommendations.
Thank you.
]]>Hello, i had the following questions with respect to this plugin:
– If a category name is updated in our site, will the change remain even after the database is updated?
– Is there a way to truncate certain parameters of product titles? for example, a full title can be: “GGVF-F161193030103-Stealth Fighter Front Bumper” this is displaying the SKU of the item and the name of the item itself. can the SKU be removed somehow from the title?
– Is there a way to define the attributes to be shown, past what the SEMA Setting page covers?
– When a product is added to a suppliers SDC database, the update on the plugin has to be made manually to add the new product to the site correct?
– are there options on ways of product display at the catalog page before going into the detail page? like showing showing only image title and price vs the whole description?
Thanks!
]]>Hello, how can I get hyperlinks for the categories shown in the plugin? I want to have some items in the front page with a link and when the user clicks on it, it would load the specific category in the SEMA shop plugin frontend.

]]>Hello, after v2.97 there has been compatibility issues with the plugin and our site. When we activate the plugin the site images disappear and are broken as well as banners and other stuff. Apparently is conflicting with our codes.
When we deactivate the plugin everything goes back to normal.
This started happening after v2.97 update.
