Hello! Since Woo introduced ‘High-Performance order storage’ feature that basically updates the database structure for order handling, it requires plugins to support this change.
Can you please update the “Send email to customer on cancelled order in WooCommerce” plugin to support the recent Woo update? I cannot update WooCommerce unless this necessary plugin also is updated.
Thank you in advance!

]]>Hello @lauradiaz,
I have installed this plugin, and it’s working perfectly. But I need some improvision in this regarding to language translation, the email contains the message in the top by default in English so if you tell me that how to connect it’s the string for translation with Polylang or Loco translate. It’d be very helpful for me.
Thanks

Thanks!
]]>Dear Author,
after updates WordPress to 5.3 and Woocommerce to 3.8.1 sends emails four times to admin mail. Please update the plugin. Thank you.
Hi,
I’m having a problem getting these canceled emails to go to the customer. The plugin is activated and when orders are canceled emails are going out, but are sent to the admin and not the customer. Is there a short code I need to use in the “Recipient(s)” field within the settings to have emails sent to the customer instead of the admin?
Thank you!
]]>Hello!
I canceled 3 orders from 3 different customers simultanelly.
But the canceled order mail has sent to all customers, example:
– “Order 1” from “Customer A” = customer A, B and C received the mail.
– “Order 2” from “Customer B” = only customer B received the mail. *OK*
– “Order 3” from “Customer C” = customer C and B received the mail.
Regards,
Augusto
