Im getting the following errors on a checkout page:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier 'SendcloudShippingData' has already been declared
Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier 'SendcloudShippingData' has already been declared
Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier 'SendcloudLocaleMessages' has already been declared

The JavaScript blocks where the const are defined are included multiple (3x) times. I see multiple actions including add_service_point_to_checkout.

Can either that be fixed, or add an undefined check before defining the const.

SO nothing works with Woo 9 ?

Send cloud seems to be a great service , but even after having setup the plugin ( free mode for now ) , nothing shows on the checkout page

Is there a simple plugin that willshow carriers and real prices on the checkout page like packlink ?

As you can see we have HPOS enabled and we have been installed the Woocommerce API legacy plugin but without good results. We have read about the problems with the current plugin version and legacy API (which it does not support HPOS). Could it be related?

Is there a way to change the Order Number that is being used in Sendcloud dashboard ? I would like the plugin to take the number from Woocommerce and to add a prefix brefore.

For example :

I discovered a major problem in this plugin.
It slows down the website enormously. Per variation it has an error. Takes 1 sec per variation.

Mollie payments expiring

Last week 80% of our Mollie payments started to expire and after thorough investigation we discovered it was the Sendcloud plugin that was causing massive delays during the payment process.

After rolling back the Sendcloud plugin to version 2.2.22 everything worked normal again.

Could you please look into this for a future update?

Hopefully the above solution will help other webshop owners who are experiencing the same issue.

Hello,

Everytime I create a shipping label in sendcloud, I have to enter the tracking code manually in a “tracking plugin” on my WordPress site for each order.

Is there a plugin that can get this tracking code automatically from sendcloud for each order or is there any other way to show a “Track this order” button/link in the Woocommerce user dashboard once an order has been shipped?

This plugin only adds a note in the order with the tracking code, but this can not be seen by the customers and would anyway be difficult to find.

On a site I’m currently helping someone else on. We have an issue: we can’t select a country on the dropdown list on a checkout page. Checking the console errors, we see some references to Sendcloud. Is this something you have seen in the past?

Hi, i have some questions for our customers stores (we run +-10 stores that uses SendCloud).
When we disable the Legacy API in WooCommerce -which will be by default in WooCommerce 9.0- then the SendCloud connection disconnects. We get a warning over at sendcloud.com.

An important related question as it seems that SendCloud still depends on the Legacy API. In that Legacy API, HPOS is not supported and it will never be. That is confirmed by WooCommerce. So, how is the SendCloud then compatible with the HPOS?

Or am i overseeing something?

Hi, I found solutions in the forum for hiding the shipping address when the customer choses Local Pickup in the shipping methods:

In our Woocommerce settings we have set 2 decimals. We also try the dot notation like 4.95 or 4,95

Change Service Point after order when it’s empty (quick payment)

						More and more customers are using quick payment with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal Express.



This is convenient for users as they do not have to deal with the order form and therefore increases the conversion rate.



The problem is that if the customer chooses delivery to a service point (Mondial Relay, Chronopost Pickup, UPS Access Point) he does not have the possibility of choosing his service point.



It would be great to offer the customer the possibility of choosing their relay point AFTER the order when this has not been defined. For example from the “thank you” page or from the order page in their account.
						


Doubt about labels

When I place an order I have to enter it manually in Packlink PRO, then the label is generated and finally I have to print it manually.



Is there a way to have it paid and printed automatically by associating it with a specific order in Sencloud? And also connect to a printer

Legacy REST API

WooCommerce has added a notification in my dashboard about removing the legacy REST API in WooCommerce 9.0. 



I thought my site was not using it, so I have deactivated this legacy API via the WC settings page. But after (re)connecting Sendcloud the legacy API is activated again. So does Sendcloud still use this legacy REST API?

Feature request: via my site dashboard I cannot determine whether Sendcloud is connected or not. There’s only a connect button at page WooCommerce > Sendcloud, but that’s it. A “connected” notification or icon would be a great addition.

						Is there a way to deactivate the external loading of jsdeliver? It cannot be unqued via wp_dequeue_script( ‘sendcloud-checkout-widget’ ) which would require us to change the sourcecode of the plugin itself.



This is a great problem for the EU market since this requires us to add them to the cookie scripts, even if the the UI elements are not used in the checkout.

Broken free shipping amount calculation

I have a problem with the way the plugin calculates the minimum amount for free shipping, in case a coupon is used.

Example :
Product is €180.00 tax included (20%)
Shipping is €3.90 tax included (20%)
Free shipping minimum amount is 150€

If I add my product to cart, free shipping is applied correctly. But if I add a 50€ coupon = 150.00€, then the shipping is 3.90€ while it should remain free!

I changed the price of the product step by step to find that free shipping was only applied from a product priced at €185.00 (including €155.00 after the coupon). There is therefore €5.00 difference with the parameter: the calculation is wrong.

Important: in my example it is €5.00 difference, but this amount varies depending on the price of the product and/or the amount of the coupon.

“Apply minimum order rule before discount” setting is active (but the issue is also here without)

The problem occurs whether the coupon is in amount or percentage.

Another example :
Product at €189.90
20% coupon applied = €151.92
Shipping becomes chargeable (3.90€) when it should remain free.

There’s obviously a problem somewhere. ??

After some testing i discoverd that the problem was gone when I deactivated the Sendcloud plugin. When i reactivated the plugin the problem was back.



How can i solve this so i can use both plugins? I really need them both.

Storing service point id and DHL postnumber

						We have a pretty nasty problem transfering the service point id properly. We use Germanized for the checkout process including its service point feature. The order data are transfered to a merchandise management system. Sendcloud gets the data from there. The problem is that the service id is the 3-digit number that DHL customers are used to, but not the actual 8-digit id that is used by Sendcloud. We could use the Dynamic Checkout plugin by Sendcloud instead. But it stores the data serialized, and the meta_value can’t be transfered to the merchandise management system.
I know that this is a lot to ask, but can you provide a code snippet that would store both the DHL customer number and the actual service point id in a standard field in the database? Or could you provide a contact to a coder who knows the plugin and could do the job?
