I am willing to pay for this work.
Would you like to quote for it?
Hello,
Testing a problem with the postcode results showing when using broadband (displays postcode results) and the results not showing when using mobile internet (Telstra). I get the below errors in the console when using mobile internet so its got to do with ajax? There are no caching plugins at all, I have also tried disabling Wordfence and the site is on free cloudflare. The site address I provided is just a little nothing site I use for testing. I am using the shortcode but the problem also happens with the widget. Any ideas?
Thanks for the plugin – will be donating.

Hi everyone,
Hoping I can get some help
I am learning how to use wordpress, and trying to work things out on my own (and with youtube videos!)
I uploaded the download for this great plugin to wordpress! And I added the code
[sapc_checker list-select=”default”] to a new webpage. The widget comes up, but it says “No Postcode Sent – Contact Admin”
Can anyone give me suggestions on how to fix this.
Thanks in advance!
Carly
Hi,
Is there anyway we can customize this plugin where I can prompt an button that require user to click the URL redirection instead of auto redirect?
If its possible, how much would it cost?
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
Once the service area postcode entry is matching, the success message is popping up, but somehow its odd that it is popping up along with the postcode entry too.
Can please guide how to fix this bug? You may give a try with this postcode “40000”
Thank you!

]]>Hi,
I am have the plugin in set up to accept orders with NP1*
And I’m having customers order with postcodes NP12
Is there a way to exclude postcodes? Or a setting to stop this?
Thanks
Rebecca
I added the Postcode Checker to my client’s homepage and it was working perfectly. I was then playing with the JS a bit to see if I could remove the postcode from the end of the success message. Now, the form is redirecting to https://hankshotbox.com.au/?postcode_check=2000&verify-int=on every time, despite my changing the JS back!
Any idea how to fix this??
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, but it keeps the previous settings regardless (I tried deleting the plugin and checking on the file manager and phpmyadmin for leftover files and rows but cannot find any! However, it must be keeping the settings stored somehow – even advice on how to fully remove the plugin to start again would be appreciated!!).
I am happy to keep the postcode at the end of the messages if it means the checker works again!!!!

]]>Hello,
I have an issue with the wildcard for UK postcode, how do I overcome this?
I only operate in the area PE1 to PE12, however, the postcode goes way above PE30. I can add the space for example PE1 * which works however if the user doesn’t include the space then it shows unavailable. If I don’t add the space then it makes numbers greater show as available e.g PE1* will make PE19 available.
Thanks
]]>Hi,
I have a multi-sub site which i need to filter customers to according to their postcode, for shipping reasons. This feature was working, I had it in a pop-up for each of the 4 locations but has stopped working. I have removed it from the pop-up and have tried re-activating the plug in all together.
A successful postcode will redirect the customer to the appropriate subsite, and each location will have their own subsite.
All four links – I’ve tried both the shortcode and the widget – will now only pull from 1 particular postcode list and not the list that I am specifying.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
]]>Hi Author
All setting seem correct, shortcode correct, postcode 3000, 4000, 2000, keep getting Invalid List – Contact Admin. I checked all avenue again and again without success.
Your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks
Im getting Invalid List - Contact Admin, using shortcode. seems the list didn
t start within the site.
if i use a widget in another part of the site, than works both.
in the site, i can only use a shortcode to place the plugin where i want.
I can see the box on my site but its too basic layout. how can I change font, color etc ?

This is basically asking the same question as here

]]>Hi,
I just cannot get the shortcode working. No matter what, I get ‘Invalid List – Contact Admin’. My list is called “Delivery” and I am using-
[sapc_checker list-select=”Delivery”]
I can only get it working if I add it as a widget and select the list from the options.
Any suggestions?
By the way your website is down
]]>Hi, thanks a lot for this unique plugin. We can′t literaly find any plugin like yours in WP repo. It’s simple but very helpful. I hope you can be as helful as your plugin hehehe we have this issue:
We need users can check their postcode in two lists: Doral and Kendall, because each one redirect to a different store. So we had to use one shortcode on each tab:
1) [sapc_checker list-select=”Doral” redirect=”https://myroots-store.square.site/?location=11e9f064b6c0bf0e891d54ab3a4df411″%5D
2) [sapc_checker list-select=”Kendall” redirect=”https://myroots-store.square.site/?location=11e9f064b8439e92891d54ab3a4df411″%5D
But, as you may see, both works with the same list and redirect to the same URL. These are the postcodes lists:
Doral: 33178, 33182, 33144, 33174, 33166, 33172 and 33184.
Kendall: 33186, 33183, 33175, 33175, 33165, 33173 and 33176
What is it wrong?
]]>Hi Team,
Postcode checker box not showing on product page , can you help me how to fix it?
]]>I’m looking to use this plugin, it seems ideal for what I want.
I pretty much want to use it on my homepage as a ‘check availability in your area’ which will then redirect them to a page with an error or success message with appropriate forms.
I want to log postcodes searched, using this data will help me push services in new areas we don’t yet cover and having a log of searches would help identify these areas.
is it possible? More than happy to contribute to the plugin and make it work, only other option I have is advanced custom fields
thanks
Scott
Hi,
I’m running your plugin Version 2.0.8.
I’ve been using the shortcodes with mixed success.
list-select
title
placeholder
redirect
all work perfectly
I’m having an issue with the success and error messages.
On your help page https://wordpress.plustime.com.au/service-area-postcode-checker/ it gives the shortcodes as;
success-msg=’Enter Message’
error-msg=’Enter Message’
on the Plugin page it gives;
message-success
message-error
as the shortcodes.
I have tried both but I cannot get the shortcode to override the default messages;
This is the shortcode that is currently on the page;
[sapc_checker list-select='SohoArea' title='Are you in our coverage area?' message-success='Great, you are in our coverage area. Let's see if you can get our service straightaway or of you might need to hang on for a few weeks' message-error='Unfortunately you are outside the coverage area for Full Fibre. Please call us on 020 8601 7000 to discuss or other high-speed services.' redirect='https://www.qubicgroup.com/resources/in-coverage/']
The default messages are;
Success
Perfect, you are in our coverage area and can order Full Fibre now in
Error
Sorry, it seems that you currently fall outside our coverage area
You can test it using for example;
W1B?5AB as a successful postcode
SN8 2BW as a failure
Thanks

What can i do?
