I have found this plugin because I needed a lot of settings for a plugin for a customer of mine. Well this one has since not left my preferred set of plugins I use for WP plugin development. There are maybe other plugins that can do much more than this one (like uploading images), but this one is doing just what I want in no time. And the support on the plugin is also great.
Plus:
+ small footprint
+ easy installation (in your own plugin)
+ great support
+ enough features for building a great settingspage with your plugin
+ use of tab panels to have a lot of settings
+ support of most common form fields (checkboxes, text, textarea, selection)
Minus:
– No feature for media files (upload and save link)
If you want the easiest way to add an admin settingspage to your own plugin development then this one deserves some attention.
