When using a device, the opened shadowbox content will not scroll.
It’s a long page meant to be scrolled for content.

]]>I have several galleries in a single post.
When I click on an image shadowbox opens that image and I can go to other images with the cursor or nagigation keys – as expected. But when I reach the end of one gallery I continue seamlessly to the images in the next gallery.
Is it possible to restrict the group of images to only one gallery and if so, how do I do this?

Most Blog post images are not rendering on the site except for the featured image (See https://dfwvetsurgeons.com/library/category/medical-library/ and click on any post). It appears to be isolated to IE, as Chrome/Firefox/Safari work just fine. Also, navigating to the Medical Library (aka Blog) image files directly will pull them up in IE. See the Gastropexy, Elective and Mandibulectomy and Maxillectomy pages in particular.
The two versions of IE tested are 11.545.10586.0 and 11.0.9600.18499.
Navigating to the file (i.e. /assets/pic-library-xyz.jpg) will bring the image up in the browser. Clicking on the image containers will open the larger pop out box as it is supposed to but will not load the images themselves.
Images in the rest of the site’s pages do not have this same issue.
Even if you can’t tell me exactly what is causing the issue, can you offer some ideas of where to look? Have already contacted the web host and all checks out there. Thanks!

Currently, shadowbox is being used to open a post page from a thumbnail post grid. This works OK. But my client now wants to only view a gallery of images in the shadowbox.
There must be a way where I can call on the wordpress post’s attachments (images) and have them display in an array for a shadowbox. Don’t want the post to open at all. I just need the post’s title + thumbnail to display in the grid, and upon clicking the post’s link, have the shadowbox view the post’s images only as a gallery.
i.e. : rel=”shadowbox;width=auto;height=auto[postimages???]”

The issue I’m having is that if I try to add photos to a gallery after using the “create gallery” feature and then insert the gallery into a page, only the photos I originally selected show up in the slideshow. If there are 12 photos in the gallery, the slideshow will only show the first 10 that I added and I have to click on the thumbnail of one of the two additional photos in order to enlarge them. When I do, those two come up in a slideshow of their own, despite being part of the same gallery as the other 10.

I use shadowbox and the shadowbox title plug in, but recently, the titles have stopped appearing in the modal. When I view source on the page, the title attribute has a value, but the title in the modal does not.

]]>I just updated to Word Press 4.0. The shadowbox plugin works fine for all previous posts. But now – when I upload photos in a new post – they are all just loaded on the page – static – not in actual slideshow format. I tried updating the plugin – but I don’t think it’s compatible with 4.0.
Any ideas? I went to the their site, I don’t think the plug in has been updated in 2 years.

I recently installed a responsive theme for mobile devices visitors of my site.
On small devices like smartphones, I’d like to let the images open with the shadowbox right at the position where they are in the page (at the moment they open on the upper part of the page so visitors need to scroll up to the top to see the opened image).
Maybe a media query in the theme Css would fit? But I could not find the right code (already tried many possibilities like this one :

]]>The clips linked to these icons should play in a shadowbox.js – however there is a delay of a minute or two before the clips start to play. It is as if they have lost their ‘faststart’ header information. They play no problem in Safari and Firefox on mac – haven’t tested other platforms. Any ideas or suggestions?

I’m using Shadowbox JS on a website, and this site also uses Advanced AJAX Page Loader. If I have posts per page, the posts from first pages works with Shadowbox properly, but if I go to next page that is loaded by ajax the shadowbox stops working until the page is reloaded, which makes me think the code is not loaded when ajax works.
The Advanced AJAX Page Loader offers a space for reload codes, but they don’t have any for shadowbox, can anyone help me with a code to reload the shadowbox plugin and functions?

If I put a single thumbnail image on a page, clicking on the thumbnail gives me the shadowbox. When I view the source, I can see the rel=”shadowbox” tag in the link. When I use a standard WordPress gallery (with or without JetPack’s tiled gallery plugin), clicking on the link takes me to the image file, not a shadowbox. When I view the page source, there’s no rel=”shadowbox” on the links.

I’m using Shadowbox JS version 3.0.3.10.2 on WordPress 3.7.1 and when I click on an image or link to an image, the image only appears at the top of the page.
So, if you are at the top of the page and click on something it appears perfectly, but if you are half way down the page and click on something, you have to scroll right to the top of the page to see it.
If you visit my site: https://rhobbs.co.uk/csx and just click on an image at the top, it’s fine.
If you then scroll down and click on another image it only appears at the top.
Can this be fixed??

]]>I needed to link together a group of images links so that I used the rel attribute rel=”shadowbox[mygroup]. In between I had a youtube video, let’s make an example;
When adding that the dimensions of the video brake down and stretch to full window with. It would be a nice effect if my movie was in HD, but it is not, so it looks crap. In setting generic video width and height are set to 390x385px. If I remove the rel attribute the video keeps those dimensions. Thanks for any help!
