My button aren’t showing after update and when I checked the setting the save settings is not working. Can anyone help me what is wrong with the plugin?
]]>I have been using the plugin on a site for the past couple of years with no issues. I have now added a new Custom Post Type to the site, but ShareThis does not appear. The configuration/settings page only seems to offer Page and Post as options. Is there a way to get the buttons to show up on the posts within the new custom post type?
]]>The ShareThis hook to myCRED does not register shares with the myCRED system. myCRED support said this is a ShareThis responsibility. I reported to [email protected]. Their team’s immediate response asked for admin sign-in creds to fix the problem. Sounded promising! They signed in once. The system is still broken and the support team does not answer any more tech support email. They go into a black old.
I see no reason to spend money on a ShareThis subscription if they can’t make the system work. Too bad! The myCREDS integration would have been nice.

So I have installed this plugin on my site and it is been more than a year. I wanted to go on sharethis.com to see the reports but I can’t even login using the id that I have in my wp share this plugin setup. the website https://platform.sharethis.com/login says “No user with that address. Need to register?”
What is going on ?
Also the icons are disappearing on my site now except for main page and when i am looking at the setting for the plugin, it shows the loading animated icon on the option for “docking position”
We completely removed this plugin from our website months ago, but there’s still code from sharethis.com stuck in the source code. The plugin code isn’t cached and I’ve looked everywhere for the code. It’s not in my theme, it’s not stuck to another plugin.
Please help me remove this code. It’s slowing down our website and worsening our Google PageSpeed. Our website is https://pitss.com/.

]]>I did the usual deactivate & uninstall process through my dashboard, and verified that there is no “ShareThis” in my plugins directory. However, the sharing bar is still on my website and the ShareThis tracker is still running on my site in the background.
So how exactly does one get this plugin actually uninstalled?

I am logged in as Admin. The url is:

Indeed your site can work in https (not the w.sharethis.com/button/buttons.js ).
Do you work on or not ?

I have set up ShareThis to be docked on the (left) side, using the small buttons option. At the very top of the icons bar, above the share buttons, the word “Share” appears in plain text. Is there any way I can edit this; either remove it or change it so to display the Swedish word for “share” instead?

I have used this plugin. I only need 3 social media plugin. Facebook,twitter and linkedin.
Facebook and twitter is working fine but linked in is not working. When I click on linked in button it shows the popup to share on linked in but when I click on share. Window will not be closed and post is not shared in linked in.
Please help ASAP.

We have installed the ShareThis plugin and simply want to change out a few of the social buttons and their display location. The customization steps seem to work fine, but when I click “save”, a gray outline appears around the button, but nothing happens. When I check the live site, nothing has changed. So, basically, the plugin does not save any custom settings via the admin. I’m on a Mac and have tried unsuccessfully using a variety of browsers including: Chrome, Firefox and Safari. What is the fix for this issue? If the admin won’t work, can I make the changes via the files in the Appearance/Editor section?

We have strange issue on our web site… when we try to share with Facebook button some of the posts have preview with good images, and some of them end up with wrong image (same one every time).

There are no special options for plugin configuration, and this is automatic action added at the ends of the posts (so we’re not custom influencing it in any way). I tried to disable all other plugins, so it’s not other plugin related.
What could we do to resolve this problem?
