I had it on my site for years, but recently it’s stopped showing related content. Support haven’t replied. Going through the self help doesn’t work and just stalls as my plugin seems to no longer be linked to my account.

I can only use it for the social sharing links, nothing else because it won’t allow me to link the plugin. Every time I add the URL it refreshes to the Add Site page with my site not listed.
I’ve sent two support messages over a week ago and have not gotten a reply at all.
Why would I pay just to get premium support for something I haven’t been able to even try yet???
It looked promising but the frustration with support right now is killing that vibe.

Each of them showed some glitch, problem, limit.
It’s not perfect and there is always space for improvement.
But I’m happy and will follow every future version.

I am not sure how other people use it on my blog, but I use the plugin to announce to my FaceBook friends that I have posted a new blog. I don’t post every day, or even every week, so I needed a way to let people know when something new is there. This is quick and easy and my visitor count jumps when I use it.

I don’t hate it. I am using it until I find a better alternative. The reason being – it opens browsers on mobile too. People don’t login on mobile browsers and those “could-be” shares are lost. I want Shareoholic to open apps instead of browsers on mobile phones. I contacted support few months ago and there has been no response. Support is non-existent for the free version users. I’d buy it if it opens mobile apps instead of browsers on phones.
