We have Installed, Enabled and added API key… are there any other steps to get Shippit to show during checkout of our store? Do we need any other shipping options configured or enabled? We have even added a zone with Shippit as the shipping method but it doesnt show anything in the cart or checkout pages. Are we doing something wrong?

The new WooCommerce HPOS order database structure has been released with support for the old tables up until August 2023. We are working towards being ready for the change. Currently Shippit is marked as incompatible with the new HPOS system.
Can you advise when and if the Shippit Plugin will become compatible?
]]>Hi there
We have some queries that we would like you to address regarding the packaging sizes and multiple-box packaging.
If you check the single products like (https://www.exagym.com.au/product/powerblock-sport-50/) (not the variable products), where it is a single product but the physical product is in 2 boxes. In the backend for shipping, it only lets you put dimensions and weight for 1 box so in this case, we have to add the dimension and weight together to essentially create 1 box i.e. instead of 2 boxes at 25 x 25 x 50 @ 24kg each we have to put it in as 1 box 25 x 50 x 50 @ 48kg. This in turn eliminates the cheaper couriers that will take the lighter boxes and therefore increase the cost of freight at checkout which could lead to cart abandonment.
Is there any way so that we could set the shipping option in the backend for products such that it has information relating to the exact number of boxes required to pack that product and the dimension (LxHxW) and weight of individual boxes are sent to ShippIt so that ShippIt has all the required data from the website to recommend the best price for shipping?
Do let us know if you have any suggestions?
Thanks
]]>Once again it seems the Shippit Plugin has fallen way behind and is again in dire need of an update for it to work with Woocommerce efficiently.
I have several clients using Woocommerce Shippit plugin and by using Query Monitor it is obvious that it is the cause of the sluggish speeds.
Please can you pay your developer to sort this out ASAP, as the plugin is becoming unusable and for you that means clients take their business to a courier who does keep their plugin up to date.
Thanks

Hi,
For the past week I have been experiencing serious issues with this website, beginning with complete crashes and 503 errors. I made some changes and stopped these happening but am left with lots of server issues. When I deactivate the Shippet plugin, CPU returns top normal, but when activated it jumps around in the red, even maxing out at 100% CPU at time.
please can I get some advise on this and how can I stop this?
]]>Hi there,
The Shippit plugin seems to be running two very heavy SQL queries on every page page load. When active, the Shippit plugin is adding an extra 1-2 seconds of loading time to every page.
Screenshots from Query Monitor are below:

]]>Hi,
I have just installed this plugin for a client who has an account with Shippit. The plugin seems to be working OK, however since installing your plugin, when I go to Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping, I get this message;

If I refresh the page, the Shipping page appears.
I am also getting this message appear on orders.

]]>Hi,
I am trying to setup a filter so that if a product has the attribute “dangerous-goods” set to “Yes” it applies a different Shippit shipping method to the cart. But your filter by attributes doesn’t seem to be working.
I have 2 Shippit shipping methods assigned to my zone.
For both I have “Filter by product attributes” set to “Yes”, I have “Filter by attribute code” set to “dangerous-goods” and for one shipping method I have “Filter by attribute value” set to “Yes” and for the other I have the value set to “No”. So theoretically if the product has this attribute set to Yes or No it should change the shipping method accordingly, but it’s not. Can you provide an example of this working so I can emulate this because I suspect this feature just doesn’t work.

GST is added to the shipping charge on a simply flat rate.
