Delivered the order by my own guy. no help for integration and the technical team is super busy and the customer support team is having the script they wont go beyond the script. script says will arrange the call back from technical team but that call never comes also they will keep you on hold and after releasing the hold sorry sir seniors are busy ill arrange a call back

The plugin works but it disables the other shipping options. I need to have Free Shipping option and priority shipping option. But as soon as I enable shiprocket shipping calculator, it disables the Free Shipping method.
This needs to be fixed but there is no support.

Instead of using Shiprocket we can use direct delivery for our orders, we are waited more than 7 days for order pickup but still no one ready to pickup or call to ask about the product. My orders cancelled due to having Shiprockt, better you can go with direct vendors that is the best idea. Honestly using shiprocket my business in loss.

The integration with woocommerce is impossible, the calculator does not work, the guides are incomprehensible and the assistance is completely absent. Save time and avoid this tool.

I have been using shiprocket for a while now, hence I am writing the review. it is a great shipping app that helps you to integrate your website into its services. Live Pincode check. Multiple courier partners the customer gets to choose from. Timely pickup and delivery with a good documentation process. Shipping rates are sightly on the higher side. Overall a good service.

The Check Pincode option on product page worked for 2-3 times. Then it continued showing Pincode not serviceable. Checkout page stuck when this plugin was enabled. Had to uninstall it.

Happy with our shiprocket service and our account manager Gurjot. Shiprocket has broken all boundaries with our logistics and our account manager promptly works with us on challenges and requests on a timely manner! We are glad to see India evolves with companies driven around technology.
( P.S: This plugin is not actually needed for the wocommerce – shiprocket connection and plugin has scope for improvement but the company is doing a spectacular job in managing orders via their site! )

Shiprocket helps you in growing your business as it has many courier options and you can easily send your packet of any size at a very reasonable price and can grow your business easily and rapidly. And my favorite feature in shiprocket is the early COD.

There’s no dearth of shipping companies or aggregators in India. However, the last mile integration support always appeared to be missing. Thankfully, Shiprocket is bridging the gap with this plugin.
Alright, not everything is smooth at the moment and hope that, with the upcoming versions, we should see an overall better experience and that the community-adoption increases.

This plugin is changing the cart page and after product quantity update, whole cart page getting blank. And processing orders are not fetching real time in shiprocket dashboard and some orders are getting automatically cancelled.
The plugin is horrible.
I think this plugin doesn’t support in latest wordpress and woocommerce.
I had to deactivate the plugin to avoid the problems.
However the developer team needs to work a lot to fix these issues.
The support team is also completely useless because they’re giving no solutions.

I run a brand that sells green tea online, I had used the service on our website for shipment and they’re a complete ripoff. The pickup guys come at their own beck and call, They overcharge for shipments saying its ‘OVERSIZE’ when we sell the same product on amazon and the sizes are accurate there.
The support team is also completely useless because all their replies are scripted and are of literally no actual help.
Choose another shipping aggregator service.

This plugin works using legacy REST API method, the plugin is horrible. After the recent update 1.0.4 and activating the ship rocket shipping method, every PIN code in India shows as non serviceable. I had to deactivate the plugin to avoid confusion. The data is pulled in the ship rocket app via REST API however the developer needs to work a lot to fix these issues. Also we need to have more detailed option to restrict certain product to be shipped via courier, which this plugin cannot do at this point.
Overall, this plugin is no value add and their customer service takes hours to respond to any queries.
