One of our customers is having issues to use Shiptimize with our plugin Google Address Autocomplete for WooCommerce, by Fluid Checkout.

What happens is that the Google Maps script is being loaded more than one time on the same page, which breaks the functionality of our plugin.

Our plugin tries to avoid this issue by consolidating multiple enqueues of the Google Maps script into a single call. This requires that other plugins use the standard way of enqueuing scripts into the page by using the native WordPress function wp_enqueue_script().

Unfortunately, Shiptimize load the Google Maps scripts from a Javascript file, which makes it impossible for our plugin to detect and avoid loading the Google Maps scripts multiple times when used with Shiptimize.

Since our plugin needs the places library from the Google Maps API, and because Shiptimize does not have a way to customize the URL of the Google Maps script and the callback function triggered after that script is loaded, we are unable to fix this issue from our side.

1. Would it be possible for you to change the way Google Maps script is loaded on your plugin to use the standard wp_enqueue_script() function?

Something strange is happening when i want to bulk export my orders. If i go to the order page i can export the orders on the first page but when i go to page 3 i get a php warning: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() public_html/wp-content/plugins/shiptimize-for-woocommerce/includes/class-woo-shiptimize-order.php on line 684 and i cannot export the order.

Another strange thing is that i can export the order when in open the order en export it from there. But that obviously to much time consuming with more than 100 orders a day.

Is there any specific reason you remove every tag and older version from SVN? I ask since I’d like to download an older version of your plugin to check a current bug, that might be a new regression in your newest version.

Is there a public GitHub repo to download older zips by any chance?

When I access the pages that use the Shiptimize plugin it returns the following error message: “can’t write to please check your file permissions”.

Wordpress Version 5.7.2
Avada Builder Version 3.4
Avada Core Version 5.4
WooCommerce Version 5.4.1
Shiptimize for WooCommerce Version 3.1.24

Where can I find the previous versions of the plugin? I need this up and running.

Hello,
The user, based on the shipping status, can configure what status you’d like to send back to woocommerce when certain events occur.

But there is a problem: it′s possible to configure 3 events there are only 2 status (processing and complete).

It would be an asset if it were possible to consider 2 more events (like, in delivery and in incidence). And since the most stores in woocommerce have personalized status, i think that the best solution would be: in the settings (plugin) be able to select the custom status for each of these events.

Would that make sense? It would be possible?

Hello,

After exporting/generating a shipment, the api returns the tracking_id.
But, where can i find the tracking url? it would also be very useful. (which will be different depending on the carrier selected.)

we use the WordPress plugin “Distritos de Portugal para WooCommerce” in order to set the shipping taxes according the region of the user.
However when you plugin is activated the regions disappear, we believes there’s and incompatibility, can you check it out ?

I have exported to shiptimize, and at shiptmize panel I sent the shiptment to carrier. At woocomerce order list, the status log of shiptmize is not updated (only say “27/01 – Exported”).

How I can force to update the status?

Hi,

There some features suggestion to future develop:

– Possibility to add tracking information on Woocomerce e-mail, when order is completed;
– Add “collect” package option and feed with “from” adress;
– Possibility to export to carrier, direcly from woocomerce admin panel;
– Ability to download from woocomerce panel the label.

This features will allow be more efficient and avoid go to shiptimize panel to finish the process.

I have some rules to offer free shipping (order greater than some value or with a specific coupon code). How I can manage this with shiptimize? (export to shiptmize, without charging the client)

Beside the free shipping question, it’s possible to add rules based on weight, when the system select the carrier?

When I run the command wp core language install pt_PT_ao90 --activate i get this error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function check_update() on null in /srv/www/****/releases/****/web/app/plugins/shiptimize-for-woocommerce/shiptimize.php:33

To install the language with success I need to disable the Shiptimize plugin and re-enable.

I keep getting Apache error “AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects” on the website, and it stops only when I deactivate Shiptimize. I’m using 3.1.7.

The issue happens when I refresh in the browser pages localized by WPML (for example, /pt-pt/produto/someproduct).

Whenever you stop typing in one of the address fields, it will automatically scroll down to the ‘Find location’ link. It does this for every field, so if you first enter your address, then your ZIP and then City in the respective fields it will scroll down every single time. Very annoying.
