My web developer has fixed this problem many times, but ShortCode plugin updates write their things over and I get this fatal error (https://prnt.sc/ULxLAHvFINW4) again and again. Please fix this error so that it will not come back in the future or refund. Thanks.

Hello,
For some reason, all pages that uses a shortcode from this plugin give a fatal error to visitors.
The strange thing is that when I am connected as administrator, the page is showing fine. And when I load the page with administrator account and I open a private window and go to the page, it also works.
But if I disconnect my admin account, within minutes, the page don’t show for non connected visitors.
I think it might be a cache issue with the plugin but I don’t know how to fix it.
Could you help me please ?

Note : I know the issue comes from the plugin because when I disable it, the page show up without error.

was hacked and have to set up my whole website….
using Shortcodes plugin from Oxilab and after I used on sites “Hover Effects” my menu disappears from this side. If I remove the shortcode everything is ok again.

I use Divi and would like to have dynamic shortcodes from an ACF field.

After the last update the front end of my site on the pages using the shortcode addons code shifted layout aligning everything to the left and causing my top navigation menu to wrap. (I have had to revert to the last version of this plugin until this is fixed!) In the admin I had this error code:

I love the plugin its really great but facing issue with Icons as Icons are not visible:

If I go to plugin settings and select yes for Font Awesome support then theme icons are not visible and if I set no then plugin Icons are not visible.

When I create an Image Box the preview is all fine with the Image centered. However when I use the shortcode onto a page, the Image on the box is off-center.

When I revise the text in the accordion, the change does not appear in the “preview” aka the previous text remain s in the preview.

Hello,

I’m playing around with buttons including the ones in the shortcode add on, and created a call now button style 1 on the left hand side of the page. Although the button shows in the editor as having a phone icon, it does not in the published version. I’ve tried the icon with several different colors and even increased the size of the icon – it doesn’t have any impact on the size of the button in the published page after I save the icon. THe icon does show in the bottom of the editor as to how it would look with the icon.

I tried exporting Accordion Data from one website to the other website by exporting and importing using Shortcode Addons plugin and it is NOT importing any of the data at all.

How does it work? is it broken or do i have to pay for importing data? If i have to pay for just importing data that will be ridiculous.

the developer updated the plugin for the click of accordion content. thanks for this Also he was will fix li tag, what did he do I don’t know. now the save button does not work. I pressed it and displaying a gear but nothing happens

I have many links in my accordion content but I can’t click them. when I click it, the accordion is closing. How can I disable? I want to click to just titles for close/open.

I created image hover shortcodes and use them on our https://0be.d40.myftpupload.com/ground-transportation page and they work fine. I tried using the same shortcodes inside a tab module (Beaver Builder) on this page https://0be.d40.myftpupload.com/arriving-passengers/, and the font colors aren’t displaying correctly. Is there a fix for this?

I purchased Shortcode Addons today for $29.99, and also purchased Image Hover Ultimate for $10.99. I may have paid twice for the same thing (let me know?). Anyway, when I open Shortcode Addons to see my Active Elements, I see only Image Hover. I want to Import Elements – So I go to Import Elements and choose one and click Install (numerous tries). I get a pop up that says Installed Successfully, and on that pop-up I click the link to my new Element and it gives me a blank window, so I go back to Active Elements, and I never see the newly installed addons, so I cannot use them, cannot find them after it says I installed them successfully. Please help. Thank you.

This affects Shortcode addons and Tabs – Responsive Tabs with Accordions

When you load content in to a tab using a shortcode the content doesn’t display breaks/horizontal spacing correctly. Instead where a break is expected the content is on the line directly under the previous one.

When importing a set of tabs previously exported from Responsive Tabs with Accordions some characters don’t escape correctly.
Examples are ‘ and links
e.g. There’s (exported) becomes There\\’s (imported)
a link https://example.com/some/page/ (exported) becomes \”https://example.com/some/page/\” (imported)

When creating content on a tab that has bullets indented they show indented in the edit preview.
E.g. Content should be
1. step 1
2. step 2
^ step 2 indented bullet (used ^ as not sure how to get circle bullet on here)
3. step 3
etc

On the main tab preview (Shortcode addons -> Tabs -> Edit <on one of the created tabs> -> scroll down to see content – they will show as below
1. step 1
2. step 2
step 2 indented bullet (NB no actual bullet showing)
3. step 3
etc

When actually used on a page they show as
1. step 1
2. step 2
^ step 2 indented bullet (bullet shows but it’s not indented)
3. step 3
etc
