Hi there
I use WP Gridbuilder to display products in search results and product archive pages. I want to display the stars for each product using [yotpo_bottomline] but the plugin only accepts HTML in the builder.
I have been able to add [yotpo_bottomline] to the single product page using Elementor and shortcode but can’t figure out how to add it to the search results and archives too.
Can this be done?
Would be create if we can have a shortcode that only shows the stars. Fx that you place stars under the product title and when you click on it will go to all reviews.
Right now I’m using the following code[yotpo_bottomline product_id=""]
to display the product reviews on my website. Normally with Yotpo If the product has no reviews on the right of the empty stars, it will say “Write a review” and then it’s a jump link to the button of the page where a user can input his or her review.
Using the shortcode I mentioned above only the empty stars are displayed. Is there any way to also display the “Write a review” text if the product no reviews?
Here is a screenshot of how it currently looks on one of my pages without any reviews.

We’ve just got the form up and running, but it looks off (See image).
I can’t see any site CSS affecting the form.

Does it work with this latest version?
Please advice,
Thank you
Hi There. We are trying to change the position of where the star widget gets inserted into this area. I clicked the option “Enable bottom line in category page” in settings. It displays on the category page no problem. I would like to move this to under the product title. Please advise! Great plugin!

Thank you
I added the yotpo_bottomline shortcode with product id, but it doesn’t display anything it just returns an empty div:
<div class=”yotpo bottomLine” data-product-id=”268″ data-url=”https://theknotkneedle.com/product/the-knot-kneedle-more-time-fishing-less-time-tying/” data-lang=”en”>

I am trying to add a review carousel to the homepage using the [yotpo_product_reviews_carousel background_color=”#22fff2″ mode=”most-recent” type=”both” count=”3″] short code. When this is done nothing is displayed in that space. The same thing happens with all codes except the [yotpo_testimonials] code. This creates a long list of reviews and that is not how we want to display reviews on our home page. Let me know if there is something I am doing wrong, or if there is a solution to this issue.
Thanks!
Can you make this work on product archive pages? I want to show the yotpo bottomline on product archive/category pages (not just the single product page). I am using the bottomline short code but it’s not printing anything.
