When I use this great plugin in combination of a gravity form, then the form itself does not show up. Do you have a solution for that?
HI,
Your plugin ‘almost’ did it for me. : )
it does what it says it would do.. strip off all content.
Text only is sorta fugly, so i used the css=1 parameter, but the resulting page is fugly too.
It seems to be grabbing some mediary css that is sorta doing styling.
My site uses bootstrap buttons, and css=1 seems to not be calling bootstrap.
I’m not smart enough to figure out what/how to call the bootstrap css for just the content.
I don’t think you’re no longer supporting upgrades so I’m not expecting a solution, just thought i’d share my experience.
Hi
First at all, really nice plugin!
Is it possible to disable the plugin in product page for none admin?
Is it possible to render the content through the visual composer?
Now it shows all shortcodes [vc_row]…
This plugin not wordk with [embed].
Hello Zack,
I hope that this email finds you well.
We got your contact through www.ads-software.com and were wondering if you code custom addon plugins for Gravity Forms?
If yes, we would like to develop one for our business and can let you know of our requirements.
Hi,
it would be very usefull to enter a class or wrap for the content.
I’d had to hardcode this:
post_class('entry-content');
But after an update it will be gone.
Great tool btw!
Thank you for this very useful plugin. I am using it on Compuaidusa.com .
I have changed the permalinks for each post using the show content only plugin. In concert with a masonry and thickbox plugin, I have been able to make each post open in a thickbox on the home page of the site allowing a visitor view everything with minimal navigation.
I am running into one small problem. Somewhere, the site is converting the &
character to &#-0-3-8-; (remove the hyphens), this is only happening in the anchor href link associated with each masonry tile. This problem causes some page navigation issues. I have found a work-around, but it is annoying.
I was wondering, is there anyway to configure the link generated by your plugin so it uses a character other than &
? Preferably one that wptexturize or character convert will ignore?
Thanks both for the plugin and for your time!
Peter
Hi
I would like to open in a popup the content of another page, just the content.
With the plugin “easy fancybox” i opened iframe popups.
I used the link https://www.myurl??content-only and it works, i can see the content of the page i want (without the header, footer…) but without css…so the text is ugly
I tried with this code ?content-only=1&css=1 but no changes…
Any idea? Thanks
Hi Zack,
Just noticed that Show Content Only is up for adoption.
Because there are a few users of my plugin Easy FancyBox that are using your plugin and mine together to show posts in a lightbox, I’d like to volunteer to keep maintenance on Show Content Only alive.
Please let me know if that is alright with you ??
Kind regards,
Rolf
Plug in works great, to a point, it comes undone when you visit edit page. Also when the page reloads. It could be because I am importing an external page using shortcode?
I have been looking a very long time to find this exact plugin! Wish I’d found it long ago. I am nervous to install it with the version of wordpress I have. (I am going to anyway I think). It’s a unique plugin, no other options.
Please consider updating. Thank you.
Hi…
Your Plugin is very useful for me. But… I’ve use the Buddypress Plug-in and there are the CSS’s on a other path with other ID’s.
Example:

The plugin don’t find the bp-default-main-css, bp-admin-bar-css and the bp-default-responsive-css
Can you fix the problem so BP-Admins can use it with css-stylsheets to?
Thanx & greetings,
Matthias

Hey,
I was wondering if there was way I could keep the
code, specifically I want the .css to still be applied to the content.
Cheers,
David

Hi there,
I would like to know if I could use this plugin just to show a content that is a gallery, created by another plugin. If I use the show content only it only shows the text.
I wanted to use with something like this that I have in my post:
[flagallery gid=1 w=400 h=400 name=Gallery]
Thanks.
