Just to let everyone know who may be wondering why this plugin no longer works, it appears to have been abandoned by its author, and it doesn’t work since WordPress 3.2. I don’t think WordPress hides custom fields the same way any more so this plugin doesn’t work. In older versions the fields were output but hidden with CSS. Now the hidden fields are not output in the html at all.
