I tried couple of Recipes plugin and this one is the best.

The user interface for adding ingredients and instructions is very intuitive. Simply add a new line and fill out the fields. Predefined units with a select box keeps everything uniform. Oh, and changing the order of each item is as easy as drag-n-drop. There are fields for standard recipe information like prep/cook time and servings as well.

The interface is easy and the recipe post display is beautiful. It’s nice and simple which makes the recipes easy to read because the format is what your readers are expecting.

Trust me, this app is fantastic. Writings recipes for my blog https://www.townandcooking.com could potentially have been a headache because of the bare necessity of plain, old just getting the recipes “right.” Simmer makes the whole process so easy and allows for you to be precise or as non-specific as you need to be in a recipe– and believe me, that is so incredibly valuable when describing cooking times and ingredient amounts. Highly recommend Simmer for anyone who takes food writing and recipe blogging seriously.
