I love the plug-in, but it saves the newly created posts as published rather than a draft. Am I doing something wrong on my end, or is this a feature of the premium version?

]]>I love this plugin but it does not currently work with PHP 8+. The methods are not set up correctly and the plugin will critically error and break your site.
The error that is returned is:
Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, non-static method.
I tried to fix this thinking it was only in one place, but it is all over the plugin. Hopefully the developers update this plugin for PHP 8 because it really is a great utility plugin that I’ve used for years.
]]>Hi Ramon,
For your info: I’m getting a lot of PHP notices from your plugin when WP_DEBUG is enabled.

]]>In some cases it is important that the new posts or pages are assigned a sequential ID, according to the list that was written in the field provided to that effect.
If you input
test1
test2

test8
test9
test10
testSOMETHING
testABC
posts will be created in this order:
test1

test2

test4
test5
test6
test7
test8
test9
testABC
testSOMETHING
To have sequential IDs you should input:
test00
test01
test02
test03
test04
test05
test06
test07
test08
test09
test10
testABC
testSOMETHING
As the default behaviour does not match the expected behaviour (posts and pages will be created in the exact order in which they were originally listed), adding a warning message at the plugin’s admin page would be most helpful. That, or adjusting the plugin to make it work as expected.
Except for that, the plugin works great and does save a lot of work.

]]>Hi!
I just added the ‘Simple add pages or posts’ plugin and I cannot seem to get it to do that.
Though my blog isn’t live and doesn’t have posts ( i created a sample post for now) I have Main Navigation menu header, and couple of items on that header will have multiple posts. Once someone clicks on one of the menu, a drop down menu will show more pages and once one of the pages is clicked on, that page will have multiple posts.
That is how I wanted it to be but it is not doing that for me.
my website is: thewanderbite.com
If you click on Home, you will see post titled: Post title example. That is on the homepage and stays there. If you hover over the Wander menu, a drop down will show with page titled U.S.A when you click on that, I want the post ‘Post title example’ to also be there!
I have searched everywhere and cannot figure out how to do that!
Help!

I bought the premium plugin today, and it immediately said there was an update to 1.6.1.
But when I updated, I lost my premium features, it put me back to the free version.
If there is another place for premium support, I’d appreciate knowing where that is.

]]>Hello Ramon& Simon, thanks for a great plugin. I am wondering: How many posts are safe to publish at one go?
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-add-pages-or-posts/
]]>The plugin works great and saved me hours of time, I do however have a couple of suggestions for you.
1. I exported my pages into XML format and noticed the pages that were created through your plugin were missing the wp:postmeta information. Not a huge deal, but you may want to think of adding that data.
2. Using “-” can be problematic when adding hyphenated words.
i.e. First-class
Give that particular character is used by WordPress for its URL structure, I might suggest using something else if possible.
Thanks!
