Is it possible to include a custom loading animated icon and center it on the container?

I have a paginated section on all my single posts in a custom post type. I would like to set the ajax pagination for all posts in this custom post type. Is it possible?

If you want to set it in archives.php, you cannot use it because it cannot be selected in Select Page.
