I love the simplicity of this, but, in order to add a field of more than a few works, I had to change the “data” field in the “wp_custom_website_data” table to LONGTEXT. The field type it uses when the table is created by the plugin is TINYINT, which only allows a small number of characters.

My life would be agonizing without this plugin. Seriously. Before I found CWD I used Shortcodes UI to generate a ****load of different shortcodes. With CWD I can group the data in a much more manageable way and change details on my websites in a breeze. Simple, straight to the point, effective plugin. Nice work!

This plugin does excatly what I need it to do. The documentation is easy to follow.

I can easily store data and output it wherever I need it on the site. No more worrying about if I have changed the address / phone numbers / emails etc. On different templates ??

Great to handle simple global data into your site with no need to create your own table and such. Provides the ability to update an existing global from your own PHP script (since v1.2). And super responsive support, thanks!
