Video thumbnail isn’t showing on my post.
Hi, I run a WordPress Multi install and I tested quite a lot of masonry themes since all sites are meme/funny images related. The plugin conflicts with more than half of the masonry themes. What happens to, looks like this: https://prnt.sc/waciwc
This is what a developer told me:
“The overlapping occurs due to isotope script that places blocks with posts into a grid layout. It should be triggered later once the block content is completely loaded. Once the video was set to appear in place of the featured image – the loading time might have increased, which resulted in this issue. So since the script runs earlier, the content within blocks isn’t completely loaded and its size in pixels on this stage doesn’t reflect the actual one.”
Do you have a hint on how can we solve this problem?

Hi there!
I was wondering if there was an option to display the video as a slider under the main product image such as this: https://prnt.sc/uhcx27
Thank you!

I’m getting this error message;
Notice: add_submenu_page was called incorrectly. The seventh parameter passed to add_submenu_page() should be an integer representing menu position. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.3.0.) in /content/live/—domain name—/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5167
any ideas to fix it?
Using the twentytwenty wordpress theme with WP 5.4.1, standard wordpress content in the visual editor is misaligned and overlaps itself. I am using the out of the box theme and Simple Featured Video is the only plugin installed. Diving into the code, I was able to resolve the issue by commenting out line 67 of the main php file. This seems to instantiate a new nonce that I don’t see used anywhere else in the plugin. I just wanted to check to make sure I am not actually breaking any potential functionality for my site.
Hello.
I am using the Simple Featured Video plugin and, while the video shows up essentially where I want it to using the [sfv_video_show] shortcode (under the header and above the content, where the featured image would typically appear), the dimensions are a bit smaller and the margin text showing the tags and post date are appearing directly to the left of the video, rather than the text content of the post. Is there a way to realign the video, or perhaps resize it, so that the tags and post date appear underneath it and the video itself appears centered under the header? I noticed the post ID code in the installation section and I understand how to find the post ID number, but I don’t quite understand which aspects of the code I would need to alter to get it to work.
Thanks.

Hi,
How can I show or enabling the video under product gallery features for Woocommerce lightbox?
Can you share the code with us here?
Hi,
great plugin!
1. Is there an option “in case video isn’t supported” by the browser; that another filetype with the same name gets loaded instead?
2. I’m using the “autoplay loop muted” feature which had been suggested by “debricon” -> https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-featured-video/#reviews
Do you plan implementing these features in near future?
… if not; is it possible to “overwrite” this function via function.php or child-theme?
Many thanks ahead.
Best, Chris
Hi, added via shortcode, video menu is showing but not able to play the video
Just installed this plugin to use with a custom child theme of twenty-nineteen on WP 5.3. When opening a page to edit, getting this warning message:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at ./wp.localhost/wp-includes/functions.php:1779) in ./wp.localhost/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 9
I am aware you currently do not fully support 5.3 but just wanted to make sure it was on your radar. Seems like the rest of the basic functionality is working as expected.
Cheers and thanks for a great plugin!
Hi!
I used the plug-in to add a video in a post but it doesn’t appear.
Also.. Is there a way to make the video auto-play and loop?
Thank you!
