coming back on it today. it seems that there where some problems interacting with other plugins in my environment. in a clean wp 3.8.1 it works ??
the plugin would be perfect for me if:
1. the text for the three decisions could be configured
2. a decision made by an user could be changed by himself/herself
3. possibility to configure an end date for every topic

It’s interesting to see a review saying that it works with the latest version of WP on the 20th of this month. But I installed this today on the latest version of wordpress and it definitely doesn’t work.
