The Pro version of this plugin has solved the problem you will still face using the Elementor Pagebuilder and using BG images on mobile and tablet. The free version only shows a BG image global but in the paid version you can choose a certain page or post. Also, the slider function works great within Elementor.
I have run into an error CSS prompt message working in Elementor (Chrome and Firefox browser, not in Safari on a Mac) so I have sent a support ticket and got a quick reply from the developer. They took a look at the admin of the side and it was a simple fix. It was a setting in the plugin settings page –> Troubleshooter should be turned off. Problem solved and I would like to thank the support of this great plugin for their help. Sometimes a solution to a problem is in front of your eyes. Great plugin, great support, and the yearly subscription prize is worth the money.

Installed this plugin on a new WordPress (recent WP version) install and I see the Fullscreen BG image link in the Appearance menu and when I click on it asks me to Choose Image which I do, then I click the blue Save Options button but NOTHING happens.

It worked for me perfectly. I upgraded to pro to get simpler control over the pages it appears on. Still having issues with mobiles but I am sure I will find a solution. Useful plugin.

I am using the Motif theme and I tried to install this plugin and received a message:
“The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”
Has anyone got any idea why I cannot upload the file?
Is it a restriction that the theme has built into it?
Any help would be appreciated.

After fighting with a premium theme for DAYS trying to make it turn the background into a static, non repeating background and failing miserably (despite manually editing the style.css file and searching through all the rest of the code to find out why it wouldn’t work) this plugin WORKED!!!! It took 2 seconds to install and set the picture and BOOM! Days of tearing my hair out over! Thank you!!!!!!
