I read the other posts about disabling the social buttons on pages but i haven’t figure out how to do it. Can someone help me? I just want to hide them on certain pages.

Hi, and thanks for a great and simple plugin. I just installed it, and it works! Did some minor tweaks (removing the xing thing), but I’ve ran into an issue. I’ve tried with a clean install as well, just to check if the problem is still there. It is.

When clicking the “Like” button for facebook there is a popup window that comes up. On my site it seems to be cut of. (You only see the top left corner of the pop up) It may, of course, be due to a number of things, but I thought I’d let you know. It’s not really a big problem. (abrevik.net, if you want to try yourself).
The theme is “Basically” By Satrya, and there may be some issues there, for all I know.

Anyway, thank you for this plugin. It’s just what I was looking for ??

Is there any way to get the counts next to the buttons? That would give a longer but slimmer horizontal bar that would use up less screen space (avoiding whitespace to the right).

Is it possible to make the buttons appear only on posts and not pages?

In general is there a way to control on which pages or posts the buttons will appear, say if I wanted the buttons to appear on page X but not Y and in all the posts?

Sorry I couldn’t be more specific in my title but I have a couple issues with the plugin. The first issue is that the google plus one button displays intermittently. That is, sometimes it displays next to the like and tweet button, and sometimes it doesn’t. The other issue is that on my blog page template (a list of post excerpts), the button javascript displays as content for those pages that have little content. That is, for those posts that do not have enough content to fill the entire excerpt, the buttons’ javascript displays. Once clicked to view the complete page, the buttons appear as they should.

I don’t have time to go through the code to figure out the issues myself, but I just wanted to let you know so you can take a look. ??

This is a wonderful and simple app. I really want to implement it on my company’s blog, but find the position of the html kind of awkward. I was hoping there was an easy fix for these two items:

1. Adding it to the TOP of a post (in single post view)
2. Adding it AFTER the “read more…” link on the archive or post page.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. ??

As far as I can tell activating this plug-in doesn’t do anything. I see no Likebuttons nor do I see any way to add them. I tried several other plugins which were pretty ugly. This one seems to be invisible. And yes, i activated it.
